As an intern for next autumn! Yay! I applied to like 5 places and only one replied and asked me in for an interview. I went there yesterday (Wed) and it went well. They phoned me today (Thu) to tell me that the job is mine if I want it. biggrin I took it, because I doubt the other places are going to contact me, and this place seemed relaxed, no official clothing code, sliding work hours and a good pay (some internships don't even pay you). I'm glad this worked out. I start in June, I get trained, then I have July off and continue in August and finish in January after I've trained the next intern for next spring.
Just thought to inform you, since something nice happened to me for a change. =)

The War Starter Congratulations Mana, but forgive me if I'm like... the only person here who doesn't know, but what kinda company did you get an internship at?
Since I'm studying to become a multilingual management assistant, I have to do my internship at some company where I can do assistant like work. So I can't eg apply for a job at a kindergarten or a shop as a cashier. I got the place from a small office called Tradenomi HSO Sihteerit ry, they're the association that take care of assistants, meaning if you're in working life and you're not getting paid the amount that is suggested in some manual for assistants you can contact this place and they'll solve the situation for you. So they like assure that all assistants are getting treated properly at their work places. They themselves at the firm are all these multilingual management assistants, and they only take interns from the programme I'm studying in, so that was a good choice. =)
