If there is anything that you DO NOT like about the guild and how it's working (aka something I'm doing wrong) PLEASE TELL ME SO I CAN FIX IT!

I was just wondering if the "Retired Threads" subforum is going to be opened? So we can at least still look at the thread if there was some odd fact we wanted to look for? Or something...?
Also! I think it would be cool to have a newsletter for the guild that comes out every month. Because I think some people just don't notice things on the front page, and then some of the contests get a little... neglected? Like the Mardi Gras one. And people from the guild could give you gold to put little advertisements in it. Or something like that...
EDIT - I really love the clean up, by the way. It makes the guild look so nice and tidy! ^_^

Ok...bare with me that I just spent almost 4 hours on the guild.
I went onto Ruins and realized I forgot to open the Retired Threads Forum..... sweatdrop I'll do re-open it. sweatdrop
I know that I can send something like a massive PM to everyone in the guild, but I haven't yet found out how. Right now that means sending a PM to 80ish people by myself, which i don't exactly have time for, BUT I was planning on doing that probably this weekend or Friday.
That's a good idea, but I'd have to tell them to send their gold to Midnight_Ruins so it could be used for the guild, not on the guild (aka more sub-forums--we have plenty).
I don't know, I haven't exactly finished revamping the guild and it'll take some time. ^o^
Thank you Hane for your suggestions! I will try my hardest to do everything swiftly!
EDIT: Retired Threads Forum is unlocked ^_^

Hi everyone!!! So, since this is the SUGGESTIONS thread, I want to know if you guys have any ideas on what should be on the homepage.
I get out for the summer on June 12th, and I want to revamp the homepage and the Guild thread. I haven't decided, but I'd really like to have some of our own members' art as part of both!
If you guys have any ideas or want to help me out, please post on here and I'll keep checking back and posting up more ideas when I get them. ^_^

Mybe you could make the homepage look like Menzoberanzan or Icewind Dale....Mithral hall? This would give it more of a welcome to faerun kinda touch. biggrin

Well, completely revamping the homepage to make it look like a scenery in the books would be... not a good idea. It would make the homepage hard to read, and would be nigh impossible as well.
I would suggest, if anything is done to the homepage, to clean fonts and such up a bit - stick to maybe a couple of colours (I'm thinking black and purple), and then just bold and increase font size to emphasize things. Maybe some more images for the homepage would be good.
What is your idea, Yuki?

 I've been trying to stay in 3 colors like indigo, black, and teal, wait...red too that's 4.
I like your idea...there is a way I want to do it,
but I have to find the code...
it'll be like how this post will look when I've posted it.
 Hopefully if I remember how to code correctly....hm...
I'm going to play around with GIMP like I said...
and I found pictures so I'm also going to make some banners soon. ^_^
I don't know...I've seen this more "beautified" and everything and I really liked the layout...I don't know if it'll look good for this guild though. I'll play around and see...>///<

I don't understand what you mean about having to find the code. There really isn't much to BBCode from what I know.

Ok, BBCode is so much easier that HTML, but I'm used to the confusing HTML, so when I use BBCode, I think I've forgotten or left out something.... yeah I'm retarded.
Oi, and the DNAngel front page looks mighty good! (wherever that conversation was posted..... sweatdrop )

Oh, I see. I don't know HTML at all, so I guess I don't have that problem.
That was in my quest thread. And thanks! The base of it was already there, I just sort of fixed it up recently. Bolded stuff that needed to be bolded, you know... sweatdrop
