Or at least, thats what Baal likes to call it.
He found it on one of his little midnight wanderings of the school halls.
Not many can find it, unless they know where it is, or if they are looking for him, or those lucky few like him, who happen to find it by chance.
A simple doorway into a little garden that is so much more to him.
Vines scale the stones, the sun shining down from above these high walls.
The plant life grows, even with no one to care for it, not a weed in the place, the grass always thick and cut perfectly short.
Beautiful flowers line the sides, and in the middle there is a rather calming fountain, four benches seated around it.

 On the bench to the left of the fountain was Giselle, her small body sprawled on it's back, staring up at the star-flecked night sky. She had her hands folded neatly behind her head as she gazed longingly at the deep midnight blue, a soft yearning that she couldn't really explain. She sighs under her breath; she didn't usually go out at night. She preferred to settle down and wait for the morning- the night wasn't her element. But lately, she had been feeling a little safer, she knew that someone was watching her back... But at the same time, she felt kind of babied.
Giselle and shakes her head. She was thinking too hard about these things. With a calm smile, she closes her eyes and focuses on listening to the wind whistling through the trees.

 Baal was silent as he lept from the roof, his arms held straight out to his sides as his body twisted on it's own during freefall before he righted himself, landing gently on his feet. He rose slowly without a sound before walking over to her bench. The soft footsteps could be heard, not threatening, just enough to let her know he was there. "It seems like you found my little hideaway." He said with a bit of a laugh, walking up behind her bench, leaning over and letting his arms cross one over the other, leaning on the back of the bench. His bright crimson hues stood out against the backround of the night sky as he looked down, waiting for hers to open and meet his.

Her eyes snap open and she gives a small gasp, twitching lightly and just barely sitting up. Even when he was trying not to be stealthy, he still managed to freak her out. Her acid green eyes meet with his crimson hues, and she slowly releases a happy sigh, grinning cheerfully.
"Oh, hey!" she giggles quietly. Her heart twisted in knots as she saw him- he always brightened her up. She seemed to be in a pretty mellow mood today, so no flying-tackle attacks for now. A calm smirk settled across her cute lips, and she cocks her head to one side.
"I was wondering where you ran off to... How was your day?" she croons, reaching a hand up to run a finger playfully along his jaw.

He smiled, his own hand rising up to grasp hers, holding it delicately within his own. His palm pressed t the back of her and as he replied. "It was alright, the usual lately, looking for a job, other than... You know..." He figured she wouldn't be too happy if he went back into his old business. No matter how good he was at it, it wasn't worth losing her. "And what about you?" He asked, shaking a bit of his snowy white hair from out of his eyes.

She giggles dreamily and closes her eyes again.
"Mmh. Well, good luck with that." she opens one acidic green eye and grins. Although it didn't show, she felt bad for forcing him to find a new job. Maybe she should get herself one in the meantime; she felt kind of needy and useless.
"I'm... pretty good." she croons and purses her lips out in a soft pout. "my day was pretty boring. Nothing much to do except for wandering around..." Her face brightens up and she pulls her hand away.
"Hold on. What's that?" she squeaks. Behind Baal's head was a tiny, flickering ball of green light, lazily circling him and buzzing softly. She watches it with a hypnotized expression, her mouth slightly open. She had never seen anything like it.

He could tell exatcly where it was, his hand gently cupping around the little firefly without harming it. He brought it down by her. "It's a firefly, or a June bug." He said with a small laugh. "And there are two things going trough my head. One, how have you never seen one of these before? And two, what is this one doing out so early, spring hasn't even started yet..." He said, opening his hand lightly, to reveal the little firefly crawling around on his hand, drawn to just sit there by manipulating the angelic energies running through his hand. It simply let it's little tail flicker a bit, glowing brighter fr a few seconds, then dying down again.

Giselle scrambles to sit upright, her eyes going wide and an awed smile passing over her features like that of a little kid.
"Ahhh! How do they do thattt?" she was sitting on her knees, staring into the palm of her hand with a wide ear to ear grin.
"I want one!" she shrieks, jumping up off of the bench and whipping her head around to find more blinks of light. She wished she had a jar, or something, to keep them in. They were like the fire she kept in the bottle, except living animals. They had to be the coolest things she had ever seen.

He laughed and shook his head. He remembered, fireflys were one of the few things he was allowed to enjoy as a child. He remembered challenging himself, seeing how many he could capture without harming. "I don't know, it's something to do with electricity generated by teir bodies though, I know that much. That in combination with some sort of chemical reaction." He srugged his shoulders a bit, letting the eergyin his hand go, the little firefly leaving his palm as he did so. Soon enough there were dozens of them, silently floating throughout the air.

Giselle launches herself off of the bench and begins to lunge at the fireflies, jumping into the air and swiping at them with her arms outstretched. They appeared to dislike her left arm, repelled away from the demonic aura. It made things even harder for her- on top of being short, they just wouldn't come near her.
That didn't dishearten her, though. She continued to stalk the little bugs, every now and then nearly catching one and then losing it at the last second.

He laughed a bit as he watched her. He slowly stood back up, walking up behind her. He reached his arms around her, their bodies pressed close as his right hand cupped her own right hand as his left arm wrapped around her waist. Through his palm, rising up through the back of her hand she would be able to feel something completely opposite to that of her left arm. He smiled. "Just welcome it..." He said, the feeling of it warming her palm in a soothing way, tingling at her fingertips a bit. Soon enough a firefly wandered close, landing cautiously on her palm, another one joining it soon, along with a third.

She squeals very softly as a firefly lands on the tip of her index finger. She remains perfectly still, trying to not move or scare it away-her eyes sparkle a bright green with curiosity, like emeralds lit up from within. Her small body melts in his arms, slowly relaxing as she tingling sensation makes her arm practically immobile. She sighs softly, wiggling her fingers just a bit as she firefly claws across her hand.
"Eeeh~ it tickles!" she squeaks under her breath.

He laughs a bit, whispering in her ear. "Of course. Silly." He said, letting her enjoy the feelings just a bit more. It brought a smile to his face, just to see her child-like curiousity with such simple little creatures. He wondered what she would do if he ended up getting a pet. A smaller pet. One that could climb around, and run really fast. Maybe a cat. Nimble and quick, just like he is.

She lightly flicks it off her finger, and then frowns as it comes back. There were more and more covering her hand, collecting and lingering on her fingertips and palm. Her hand was beginning to look like a lamp.
"Nehhh..." she mutters with a slight frown on her delicate features. It was a little uncomfortable having so many bugs crawling around on her skin. It made her squirm and shiver lightly.

He laughed, The feeling of warmth slowly leaving her hand, and as it did, the bugs did the same. Buzzing off into the night he shelled out a bit of his demonic aura, pushing the bugs away a bit so that they danced around in the backround. His aura slowly fading, but the bugs staying were they now were. His hand then left hers, wrapping around her waist as well and planting a soft kiss on her neck. "If I didn't find you, I have no idea where my life would be right now. For all I know I might be curled up in a little ball, dead, torn apart from the inside."
