Who has seen or read the manga Ergo Proxy? You have to watch it!! It's sooo epic... I have to stop using that word. It sooo awesomtatious.... Anyway, you have go to watch it. Ever since I've been watching it, I've been hooked.

Okay--sooo----I have it!
First volume of the series. It really seems like something epic. I've had it for a few months now: I got it when a place was going out of business. I got the first DVD and the CD soundtrack set for $11 (It was an expensive store 8D). But, I still haven't been able to watch it. No one seems to want to watch it with me. I think I've seen bits of the first episode, but I kept on falling asleep because I was watching it at night with my headphones on on my computer. It seems to be kind of dark colored like that, as if you have to watch it in the dark or something. And, it's right... here... *holds up* I'm still desperately trying to watch it!

I've seen it all! whee It made me so happy~ It's the best. Totally. It throws you for some loops but the story is wonderful, art beautiful, and music totally rocks! You'd totally love it.

evil Watch it!!!
Anyways it's about this city, Rando. The 'citizens' of Rando use Entrages, robots. Every person has one. And then a monster appears. Rei-l (re L) someone on the investigative burea starts to investigate it. This leads her into all the deep dark secrets of Rando and the other cities that were out there.
It's a Sci-fi like anime. It's soooo good.

I SAW IT. I ******** LOVE PINO. SHES AMAZING!! ~~~ So cute! She'll probably get annoying later on. So far I only saw the first disc. I want the soundtrack. I also saw it on my laptop so it was really cool because as people who have seen it know...it's computer-y. lol. <3

I love Pino as well!! She's sooo adorable. Oh and by the way the OP of Ergo Proxy is "Kiri" by MONORAL and the Ending is "Paranoid Android" by Radiohead. It's really cool that the creators used an English band for a theme song, and the song suits the anime perfectly. XD

Yes, I noticed that as well, actually. I like the opening of the series, but the ending seems to be a little dry. It's kind of all in English, too. I'd like to see the Japanese ending to see if it's any different visually. I do like the music though. smile
Death Note did that with Danny California didn't they? Use an American band for a theme song?

I don;t really know about Death Note, haven't really noticed but the Ending for the Japanese version is no different. It's still English.
