"Do you remember this one at all?" Santana asked as he and Litural walked through the park.

Lit's gaze remained forward, thinking. Supposedly this had been the one with four sets of wings, like him but different at the same time. He wrinkled his nose, shaking his head before glancing up at his guardian, "Not really," he confessed.

Santana smirked, lightly patting Lit's shoulder as they continued on the path.

"No big deal. Maybe you'll remember her when you see her."

"Her?" Lit said, raising a brow. He almost even smirked, "I thought I wasn't allowed to play with girls?"

The comment made the wolf man laugh, "Yeah, well...I figured if you could work together with Marieke, you should be safe around other girls, hmm? Besides, this one didn't try to bite your head off the last time you met. Instead, you tried to bite her hand."

"Oh yeah!" Lit exclaimed, his memory sparked by the mentioning of the incident. "I remember her...really curly hair, right?"

Santana chuckled more and nodded, glancing off to the distance when he saw a shape that looked vaguely familiar, "And I think that may be her now."

He started waving his hand in Allete's direction, hoping to catch her attention.

Santana smiled, stopping along his walk as Allete responded to his waving hand. He glanced down at Lit expectantly, gently nudging the boy's shoulder with his elbow.

"Go ahead, go say hi...I'm just gonna chill out here."

"You're really trusting me with this girl?" Lit said, surprised by the freedom.

Santana nodded, sitting down on a bench and smiling at the spawn. "Have fun."

Litural laughed some, amazed by his guardian, but turned back to Allete. He remembered her much better now, really looking at her as he continued towards her. Half Chasity, half Sloth, technically she should be considered his half-sibling. A sister, of sorts; like Duncan and Marieke, they shared a bloodline.

"Hey," he said...voice flat, even, and a little unnerving.

It was his normal tone, not threatening or challenging or cautious. So strange...he felt a connection with her, similar to how he felt around Duncan, but at the same time he wasn't sure if he felt totally at ease.

"Allete, right?"

"Litural," he supplied for her, tucking his hands into the front pockets of his jeans as they stood around.

"What do I like?" Lit repeated, main eyes blinking while the third watched Allete's movements carefully. "Uh, I...like to cook," he said, grasping for a straw.

Her question had hit him out in left field. Granted, he hadn't been sure on what they were going to do either...and he supposed this was as good a start as any, but still pretty random.

"And...I like watching TV." Suddenly, Lit felt very boring. "What about you?"

"Video games," Lit's own interest perked. "I wanna play some video games. Santana doesn't really have any systems, but I see the commercials for them all the time on TV," he explained. "The fighting games look so awesome."

This...wasn't bad. At all. He was amazed by himself that they were having a normal conversation, and he didn't feel like attacking her or threatened by her presence. Despite himself, he started to smile...even his voice not sounding so monotone anymore.

Gods, was he making a friend? With a female?

"Santana...wants to make sure I don't maul anyone," Lit said with a short, chuckling snuff through his nose, taking a quick glance over at his guardian.

"Yeah," Litural said, sounding a bit distant. She didn't remember...and he wasn't about to remind her. "I wasn't the friendliest kid."

"You know, Santana and I have been here before," he said quickly, jumping subject. "They have, like, an arcade and a...snack place. You wanna go hang out there?" He looked off in the direction he thought the arcade was at. "Just standing around is gonna get boring."

I'm tolerable now, Lit thought privately, sticking his hands into the pockets of his jeans before glancing over to where his guardian still sat.

"Santana! We're gonna head off to the arcade!"

"Ok, Lit. I'll meet you guys over there in a few," the wold man called back, waving them on.

Lit nodded, looking back to Allete with an expecting glancing. "Come on, it's this way..."

And he lead the way, around a bend in the sidewalk towards a small hill, where the farm house-looking building sat...some much younger kids running around outside while their parents watched.

"Yeah, that's it," the male spawn answered, climbing the asphalt path up the the door.

Inside, it wasn't too busy. There was another group of the kids playing on a air hockey table, still more taking turns on those mechanical riding things...but the area where the games was relatively quiet. The classics were there: Pac-Man and Ms. Pac-Man, Street Fighter along with a few other fighting games, at least two different race care games and a FPS.

Lit reached into his pocket and pulled out a few bills, heading over to the change machine to get them tokens, "What do you wanna play first?"
