Long story short: One if my friends got a leech on them during a stressful time and now someone else "says" they want to put a bind on him so he won't do any harm. What she really plans to do is use a spell to hurt him. This person who is going to be hurt is a friend and because of the stress he turned a*****e-ish. He may have turned that way but I don't think he deserves what this other person is planning to do.
So far it has been decided that for now we need a sealing spell (to block his abilities so the leech cannot use them) and a barrier spell (so that he cannot be hurt by anyone else). I need some help with this as I have never done anything this big and important to me before. I'm not sure what to do for this.
After this, I'd like to find away to remove the leech. I have no clue whatsoever how to do this. :b
If you can help with this, it would be VERY much appreciated.

If you all don't know what you are doing, then you shouldn't be doing it. Plain and simple it's not something to be messing around with, bindings especially.
Also what makes you think they have a "leech", what sources are you using to look up your information on such things? Stressful times can make anyone irritable, and it can cause them to act like a completely different person, that doesn't mean there is anything "magical" wrong with them, it means they are stressed. You and your friends aren't helping the situation. Instead of being understanding and comforting in his stressful time, you are turning against him and adding to his stress by threatening to cast spells on him.
Unless you have his permission, casting anything on him is highly unethical, and not only that but if you follow the Rede and the Threefold Law, then you need to seriously consider all the possible consequences of your actions and be willing to accept any repercussions/consequences that occur based on your actions.

We can all sense the leech on him. One way that was brought to our attention was the fact that his aura completely changed into what seemed like a black hole.
And shame for assuming we were going to do something like that without permission. We were hoping to meet up with him this week and at least talk to him and try to explain what's going on.
Also, yes, I do not know what I am doing. That is why I am asking for help. I'd like to learn. Do you really think I would be ignorant enough to do a binding spell without learning everything behind it first? Please give me a little more credit than that.

Again I will say that extreme stress can cause all the changes you are describing, including the aura changes. I question why you would automatically assume that there is something "magical" wrong, rather than mundane. So my question to you still, is what sources are you getting your "leech" information from, please? and/or what sources have you studied so far in your magical/spell work training?

None of us automatically assumed there was a leech. We noticed his personality and behavioral change and we tried to help him. We supported him. We showed him that we were there for him and we weren't going to leave him to deal with it all on his own. However, he got extremely worse to the point that he was physically harming the few people he was closest to. This is something that he wouldn't do before even when he was stressed or angry. It signaled that there was something really wrong. We spoke with someone who has been a part of Wicca for quite a long time and when she saw him she told us it was a leech.
Like I said before, I'm not going to take any action until I know more about what I am doing and when I finally talk with him. I would like to at least do a barrier after talking to him so that the one person wouldn't be able to hurt him like she wants.

I have not personally "cured" a leech, but I do know a few ways to protect yourself. For starters, carry these items with you at all times you are near them.
Jet, Obsidian, Sage, and a piece of Oak with the Rune Algiz carved into it and/or painted with your blood, to attune it.
These should help to protect you, and can help protect the leech as well from any harm. The only other thing I could do is try to come up with a spell, if you like. I focus primarliy on Elemental Magick, and it may take a few days to craft it.
