Name: Faline Temper: Graceful History: Faline comes from a family that has always had close ties with the royal members of the Cerynei. Her father served as a trusted advisor to the king and her mother was found at the right hoove of the queen. Faline had grown up with the Prince, they were inseperable in their youth. As the days passed, she was beginning to see less and less of her friend, knowing that he had matters of the herd to tend to. When younger, Faline and the Prince would explore for hours, bounding through the meadows and playing games. Now, as she has grown older, her mother has started to mold her into the next in line to take the side of the Queen. She must learn to be elegant, graceful, compassionate, and secrative. It would be Faline's duty to hold the secrets of the next Queen. Tell us a little about Faline's personality: Faline is a fun loving Cerynei. She'd much rather be at the side of the Prince, her friend, than at the side of a future Queen. Devoted to the Prince, she hold him in the highest regard. She's normally a quiet and calm lady, but she's strong enough to stand up for what she believes in. She helped the Prince when it was time to rally other Cerynei to follow them back to their land of long ago, she believes in him. How did she feel about leaving the forest behind, for a new land?: She watched as their lands were engulfed by flames, she listened to the horror as family members learned that loved ones were trapped and lost to the fires. When the Prince came to her as asked for her help to get others out, she agreed without hesitation. She knew it was in the best interest for their kind to move, before more lives were lost. Quickly she enlisted the help of others that shared the Prince's view to help guide others to safety. They were to gather at the meeting grounds, away from the fire. Once they had gathered and were all waiting to be addressed by the Prince, her mind wandered to her past. Tears formed in her eyes as she realized they would be leaving behind everything that was familiar to them...her memories would be all that the fire left her. She thought back to the days of her and the Prince romping through the fields of flowers, or splashing through the streams in summer. The time had come to leaves these childish dreams behind and move on. It was time to take up her training to become the next Cerynei to serve the future Queen.

Name: Faline Temper: Placid History: Faline's family wasn't a powerful force in the forest, nor did they care to rule over anyone. She didn't coe from royal parentage like the Prince, but luckily for her she was born around the same time as he was. From a young age she grew attached and knew he would be great, and so she decided she would follow him wherever he went. She considered him her best friend as foals and their parents would often be seen chatting. It wasn't royalty, but it had its advantages. Her mother was caring and a clean-freak, while her father was rough around the edges and nearly impossible to talk to. She liked her family, though, but was devastated when her mother passed on into a different world. Before her mother died, she told Faline that she blamed it on the dying land, like most of the cerynei did at the time. She decided from then on that it would be her duty to cleans the earth and rid it of its vile darkness. How she would do it, she still doesn't know. Tell us a little about Faline's personality: Sweet an innocent, she wouldn't harm a fly. Faline is one of the most down-to-earth, honest cerynei a soquili would meet. She's open and caring, choosing to put others before herself in all situations. She loves life and realizes that each day is a gift and not a given right. Everything makes her think deeply and if a two-legger, she'd probably end up being a philosopher. She believes that death is acceptable, and although she is deeply affected by it, she accepts it. Everything but murder, really. She'd not scared to die, either. She is strong in spirit and soul because through it all, she has never shown any sign of breaking. While loving, she doesn't like for others to know about her own pain and bad feelings. She'd rather help others than be helped herself. When needed or wanted, she will step up to the plate and will always take responsibility for her actions. She could be a good leader when given the opportunity. Love is a big priority to her, even though she is still on the younger side. She doesn't look for a mate or anything, but she believes that one day her Prince will come. And who knows? Maybe he did already... How did she feel about leaving the forest behind, for a new land?: Knowing that her mother died on account of the turmoil occuring around the land, she was happy to leave. Of course she didn't want to leave her home and the only place she'd ever known, but it was obviously for the best. Now that she looks back on she is glad she pulled through and managed to take her old father to the new land by the Prince's side. Faline does wonder what the land is like every now and then but she knows perfectly well that she is much happier where they are now. One day she does hope to go back, but knows it probably won't happen. She cares about her mother's grave and wishes that she could have pulled it through to at least make it to the new land. Every so oftens he will stare up at the stars and wonder what it's like and how she would have ended up if she didn't leave. In her mind, the earth was sick and needed to get better, so it was just clearing anything in it's path in a destructive manner.

Name: Faline Temper: Aristocratic History: Faline's bloodline is one of the most carefully preserved lineages in the whole cerynei herd. More royalty have come from her family line than any other - and so it's no surprise to find that the Prince who first led the deer-like Soquili out of Kawani lands in the first place was one of Faline's own ancestors.
Compared to her bloodline, the current Prince is little more than an upstart, and if not for the fact that she loved him dearly, their attachment to each other would be little more than an arranged marriage to strengthen his claim to leadership. But there is that love and the doe would go through fire and darkness to be by his side.
Their love was not expected, but it was encouraged when a young Faline met the young Prince-to-be when his antlers were still velvet-covered bumps. He had been practicing headbutting trees and accidentally hit a tree that moved - and fell down. She had been a prissy little fawn who couldn't believe that anyone would knock her down - with her heritage! He had laughed so hard at the expression on her face that she refused to speak to him and left.
Their next encounter saw young Faline trying her very best to ignore him, while he did everything he could to ruin her concentration by telling jokes, pulling faces, and chasing every small animal around, trying to get them to run up to her. Eventually she did crack and they had a good time as fawns do.
From that day on they grew closer and fonder of each other, best friends in every sense of the word, until the day they found themselves to be adults, and in possession of adult feelings for one another. But, he was the Prince then, and she was the best possible mate for him, according to the old matchmakers. Of late, their relationship had become strained, culminating in the Prince's decision to return to the home of their ancestors, the home that Faline's ancestor had led them away from.
Tell us a little about Faline's personality: Faline's a high class doe and she knows it. From birth she's been taught about her illustrious heritage and it causes her to look down on just about everybody else. However, if given the chance (or forced) to get to know someone, she lightens up into a friendly, down-to-earth young person. She's a stickler for tradition and tends to fear change on the basis that it's change. She loves the Prince dearly however, and would do almost anything for him.
How did she feel about leaving the forest behind, for a new land?: Faline is afraid to leave behind all she's ever known. She's also afraid of the other Soquili kinds, and not just the legendary Kalona and Skinwalkers. She fears that the others will look down on all the cerynei for leaving, and that they will look down on her. Faline won't admit it to herself, but she's afraid of being nobody among all the herds roaming the Kawani lands, because she's been somebody for her entire life.
However, she does love the Prince so very much, and would be even more upset if he were to find someone amongst the other races to supplant her in his affections. For her love and for her fear, she will follow him to the ends of the earth and beyond, regardless of her own opinion of such a journey.

Name: Faline Temper: Curious or Sazzy History: Faline has always felt a connection to her ancestry, back when Hercules was sent to capture the hind of the deer scared to the Moon goddess. It was said at this point when the magic of the goddess healed the injured creature the blood of her herd was born, strengthened by the very magic around them. As a foal Faline had ventured into the 'white stags' territory, it was place filled with the magic from the moon gifted to the earth through a single stream. She had got herself lost near a tall grassy knoll, scared she began to run, until suddenly a blinding bright light came into view and spoke to her. "Do not be afraid, for you are also blessed." The voice was calming and she felt herself drift into a soft sleep only to wake nestled into her mothers side. It was this point in her life that Faline had decided she would strive for greatness just like her Father and Mother. In her more recent history she had been gifted with the task of aiding the prince, providing advice and company as he grew, since he was slightly younger than she. Her father held a higher role of honor but Faline had been happy to do the task she was give, always curious and eager to find out new things. Tell us a little about Faline's personality: Faline is a sazzy creature, not taking any nonsence from those around her, she strives for perfection in her every act and expects the same quality from others, only to scorn those who do not produce.
At the same time Faline has a caring side, happy to nurse the wounds of others without complaint or to get her hooves dirty in another (more literal if needs be) way. She has been known to get a little fruistrated though when those of wounds self inflicted complain to her.... like I said, a no nonsence girl.
Faline is also a curious being, striving to find the truth in situations and to futher her knowlegde through exploration. Nothing will stop her once she has put her mind to it, How did she feel about leaving the forest behind, for a new land?: Faline embraced the notion, believing that everything in life happened to due to the hand of the Goddess, and that she was 'gifted' enough to survive the mysteries of the world beyond her homeland. Her curipus temper also means she wants to explore them for herself and understand them in greater detail. A true detective.

Name: Faline Temper: Soft-Spoken History: Faline's family wasn't exactly 'normal', in fact, both of her parents were strict traditionalists. Being the only daughter of her parents, she was raised to be the 'perfect mate'; soft-spoken, well mannered, sweet and caring. Unfortunately, before they could teach her how to properly express herself and her opinions, they were struck by illness and both of them passed away. Their death was a hard toll on Faline, who bitterly kept her emotions to herself and cried alone at night. TO this day, she follows by what her parents have taught her. Tell us a little about Faline's personality: This young lady is generally one who keeps her true feelings to herself. She finds it rather difficult to speak out her opinions, especially when it goes against the opinions of others. She likes to be in heavily forested areas, and tends to by shy towards strangers. How did she feel about leaving the forest behind, for a new land?: She absolutely despises that she had to leave her home lands. Though she would never dare to express her opinions about it, especially since their Prince has spoken that it's for their own good, she greatly hates the idea that she' had to leave the safety of her home. This was the place where she was born and grew up, where her parent's bones lay to rest, and she felt like she was abandoning it all.

Name: Faline Temper: Hopeful History: Feline was a member of a herd once before. She was the daughter of a family that in some way was related to the prince. However she did not get to know him very well because her family had always kept a close eye on her, protecting her against the outside world. She had been brought up living off many tales she had been told about lands thet where outside there own comfort zone. She however did not think much of them and was happy enough living as a normal memeber of the pack.
As she grew older she became more and more intertwined with herd activity. She was in a high status and so was arranged to mate with another that was close to her status. The stalion was off noble blood also and the arrangement went forward as planned. It is a funny thing been tied to someone you hardly knew. He was a old stalion but a kind hearted one at that. After a while she grew close to him and even though it was not a passionate love. It was love none the less.
Before long Feline found she was pregant and gave birth to a single foal in the summer month. He was born healthy and before she was running as wild and free as young hooves should. It was at this time rumours of flames started to spread around the herd. Feline did not think much of this afterall they where a peacful race and nothing that exiting happened around these parts, it was just people trying to cause some panic. Youngsters.
Then one night storm clouds came across there home, thats when it all went to hell and back the land set off in flames and everyone ran for the hills. Feline at the time was with a bunch of friends near the outskirts so it was easy for them to escape. Then she went on a hunt to try and find her family. She found her mate very quickly but when it came to there child they both fought it with was with the other. Her mate knowing it would be playing in the fields ran after to save the little one leaving Feline with the rest of the heard. Sadly he did not return. There was nothing else to do so loosing the family she had she set off with the rest of the heard to find a ner land. Determained to rebuild the family and the home she had lost.
Tell us a little about Faline's personality: Feline is a very kind and level headed mare. She is kind and prides herself on making logical choices. She is a very sweet creature and treats all people with a gentle smile and advise helping them with anything she can. She is a very good empathiser and is very good with foals. She is a family mare and holds her herd and loved ones higher than anything else. She is not too good in meeting strangers and is scared of things that are outside of her comfort zone, clearly she is still a little hurt from what has happened to her and is a little frightened to let others get close. She just wants a normal life again. She is a peacful creature always has and always wishs to be.
How did she feel about leaving the forest behind, for a new land?: She is terrified and all she knows it to beleive in the prince and hope that he will lead them into prosperity. She will follow him to the end because he has never let them down before and is sure he never will. So she will put on a brave face and indure whatever is comming her way because with out hope she knows they do not have a chance of living in a calm setting like they did before.

Name: Faline Temper: Torn History: Born into one of the most vast of Cerynei herds, one which was led by the Prince was one of the worst and best things for Faline. Oh how she adored the Prince, so noble in stature and wise beyond his years...brave, selfless....well, one would get the idea. Secretly, Faline was in love with the Prince - but it could never be. He was too devoted to the protection of the herd to ever take on a 'mistress' like she. Tell us a little about Faline's personality: Faline is a kind, loyal and gentle soul; always concerning herself with others before having to be remined of her own welfare. Often she's much too hard on herself, chosing actions which isn't in her own intrest in favor of ones which would benefit others. This in turn has made her a bit of a social outcast, finding herself in need of a life which she could life for herself.
How did she feel about leaving the forest behind, for a new land?:Extremely torn. While the side of her loyal to all she'd come to know and love strong in her heart, there is a side which longs for the new world and what lay in its midsts. Could she find the meaning she'd been looking for there? Or could she really be okay with leaving behind the Prince and her heart?

Name: Faline
Temper: Longing
History: Though once from proud and noble lines, Faline has had to deal with the knowledge that her family is no longer regarded with the same importance it once was. She can trace herself back to early rulers of the herd, but the bloodline eventually became diluted, and politics changed, leaving Faline as just another member. While her mother was bitter, Faline herself didn't care one whit, though deep inside a bit of the residue from her mother soaked in. Before it could manifest itself, Faline gained a new fixation- the Prince. She fell deeply in love with him, which her mother only encouraged. It was one way to bring her bloodline back into relevance. Faline balked, refusing to tell the Prince of her feelings, and eventually became only an assistant, forever a shadow to him.
Tell us a little about Faline's personality: Faline cares deeply for her herd, and most especially for the Prince. She would sacrifice her own life quite willingly for either, and it would not be incorrect to say she has contemplated doing so.
Forever invisible by their standards, Faline sets about to do things correctly, though quietly. She helps in little ways, where she can't be seen. Relative obscurity seems to suit her, though she secretly longs for more attention.
She paints the very portrait of devotion to the Prince, quite willing to do whatever he asks of her, no matter how humiliating or potentially dangerous. She's sure he doesn't notice these things- he's more concerned with Princely duties. He's just busy- that's all. But why can't he notice her? Faline is quite sure no one could ever love him as she does, but if going with another is what makes her Prince happy, she will forever wait upon the couple, hiding her pain behind blue eyes.
How did she feel about leaving the forest behind, for a new land?: While Faline isn't sure that the move is right for the herd, she won't question the Prince's judgement. She's found the adjustment to be hard, forsaking her own quiet forest home where her line goes back hundreds of years for this new land, with strange residents who stare at them. The forests are less broad, and the terrain and climate more varied. She's frightened into even more silence, refusing to voice her opinion even when asked, constantly wary of the attack she feels is coming. She has to save her herd and her Prince when it comes. If she fails... where would her life be?

Name: Faline Temper: Loving History: In the younger years of Faline's life, she held a deep love for tales that stirred between the older Cerynei, about a far off land where horn-less counterparts roamed. Apparently, she was even named after one of her ancestors. Knowing this she felt honored but apart of her was left empty, curious to what these alike creatures looked like or what they were like. She often wandered the lands, and from time to time bumped into the prince, they were friendly enough with each other and even became close. As time went on, the fires kept increasing, numbers in the herd also decreased drastically. In the fire her family had also failed to survive. Due to this, she kept by the princes side as he told them about the great move, to a far off land where others alike lived in peace, safe from the wild forest fires, even though it wasn't completely safe, there were still more of a chance to make a new life there. After the herd had decided who lovd the lands too much to leave and who were ready to move on the two grous split ways. She felt torn to leave the beloved home, but knew the prince was right. So, not being able to let her heart sway to the old road, she continued with the prince, who happily started to lead them to their new life. Tell us a little about Faline's personality:
Faline loves children and always has, whilst growing up she would play with all the younger ones her age and listen to the stories the older Cerynei used to speak of. At an older age she now feels deeply for the lands, loving creatures, of all kinds, keeping what was left of the flowers preserved and well nurtured.
Her beliefs are very pure and because of that, will only be with he one she loves, her feelings are strong for the leader, because of their friendship however she has a deep love for all herd members and the lands around.
Being thoughtful of others, she cares too much to let her own feelings and thoughts be spoken and takes the responsibility of listen to members of the herds problems, trying to advise them but not speaking in a way that would command someone; gentle and elegant, she always tries to look at ease with life so no one knows what really stirs inside, behind the happy looking shell.
Often she would also roam the lands, away from the rest to listen to the wind, and how it gently blows along your skin coolly, or let the scenery change from day slowly to the lilac sky. Nature to her is beautiful even the fires, but the disasters it brought, started to slip a fear of colours into Faline's mind - now whenever it is seen, she cowers, the memories of family and home flickering in the devastating scenes tormenting her mind. How did she feel about leaving the forest behind, for a new land?:
As fast as the events seem to run on, confusion let itself into the heart of the poor gentle Cerynei. She secretly loved the prince, at the time it seemed stronger than before, like shed be torn in two if the only one close she felt she had left was to leave, however those who have always been at her side in the herd at birth were to be left, to either survive or suffer the flames of torment, that also haunted her memories; she was saddened by that, but a last also a love for her home, but was showed wasn't strong enough glued them to their birth place, whilst she continued on.
All the way she showed a happy face, trying to lighten the mood, but inside, tears wanted to pour, the heartache pounded harshly and the invading guilt started to thrust deeper. At times she wondered if turning back would solve it, but she couldn't bring herself to, she would continue with the prince and be happy about it. Finally she would be with the creatures they originated from! Enthusiasm would swirl, and a flare of happiness would spark, then she would feel a loss again, asif things might be better off unknown.
It seemed the prince had also noticed her feelings had been bothering her and as a leader should, talked with her about it, after the talk, Faline felt alot better, like it was right to move on and it was what nature was telling them to do, the spirits. With a new determination, she now felt at peace and swore to tell the tales of their home, the same as the older Cerynei did so that their ancestors stories lived on.
Now it was only time, and Faline was now ready to move on. Life was going to change, and as it looked, for the better.

Name: Faline Temper: Limber History: Faline and the bloodline before her were no ordinary cerynei. All sharing their unique powerful love for the frorest, they had all been guardians of it. Her mother and the generations before her had all guarded the forest they resided in with their heart and soul, passing on the duty from daughter to daughter, one descendant to next. The moment the current guardian would pass away her closest descendant would then take over, and then so on and so fourth, creating Faline's long line of ancestry. Though the switch in guardians was never an ordinary transfer of power, as it was a great honor to have the privilege of taking on the most ultimate care for the great forest. When the current guardian's time would come, withered and old, the moment she closes her eyes she would slowly transform into a beautiful young willow tree, finally becoming one with the forest. From one of the branches a fruit it will bare, once and only once, and the next guardian to-be of the forest is to eat it, and fully take on their new responsibility. Faline had been the guardian of the forest since she emerged from her basket, as the only family she had, her mother, had passed away at her birth. The fruit from her mother's tree was the first thing she consumed, and when she grew older she described it to others as "a true taste of life, a taste I will never have again". She is very humble about her position though. Tell us a little about Faline's personality: Faline is like an autumn leaf dancing on a breeze during a cool December day. She's as elegant as a snow white gown sweeping across a ball room floor, and everything about her resembles the winter. She's not very cold at all though, as the radiance she gives off is the same warm and loving feeling in the core of your heart as you lay on a comfy rug next to the fire on a November night. Her voice is soft and whimsical, though much like the crunch of the snow under your hooves, and her eyes are like crystals, and can see through you but choose not to invade you anyways. Faline is of the special kind, no greater than you but so very wonderful at the same time. How did she feel about leaving the forest behind, for a new land?: It saddened her greatly. She was leaving her past, her life, and her family behind her. By leaving the forest she was also giving up her birth duty as the guardian of the forest, and when she dies she will pass on like any other. She has a new commitment though, one to replace her supposed lifelong one. The morning before they decided to migrate a filly was born, her mother dying soon after. The precious little girl seemed to hold a piece of the forest in her clear eyes, and Faline swore to herself to protect and guard the child as if she was the forest itself, and teach the filly everything she knew, as if she were her own daughter. Of course once she grows she will most definitely leave her side and let her be, but until then that is her new meaning.

Name: Faline
Temper: Retrospective
History: Faline has been sheltered and inundated with her own importance since she was a tiny foal. Her name, her lineage all ties to the great history of the Cerynei. Her family could trace their line back unwavering to the great Faline of the past, a beautiful and elegant princess who had been instrumental in the great emigration of the Cerynei to this new 'promised land', away from the politics and violence of the other soquili.
Faline is caught up with the past and the history of the Cerynei. Faline knows (or at least believes she does) the reasons that the Cerynei left the soquili. They were violent, hot-blooded, and aggressive to the slender, graceful Cerynei. They envied the racks of the males - and some incorrectly called them kalona-spawn to fan the flames of hatred. Others called them b*****d children of the unintelligent deer of the woods. They coveted the elegant, dainty mares and tried to lure them away from their own kinds. Sometimes more forefully. And the great leaders of her kind, her ancestor Faline among them, saw the dangers that the future promised. Their lines would be diluted as they continued to interbreed with the hornless ones. They would lose their legendary ties to their great heritage, victimized by the brutal soquili, and their culture would be lost. So with these facts, they withdrew to seclusion. Faline can recall the epic journey to their promised lands that she has been told by her family verbatum, and how they found these temperate forests, isolated from the rest of the soquili, and settled to live among themselves.
However, even still, as they have lived in these woods for generations, some of the cerynei are more pureblooded than others. Many who left with them bore traces of the soquili blood - in the forms of manes or uncloven hooves. Despite how proudly many of these may carry themselves, or how lovely their manes, they are not of the pure bloodline that Faline can trace herself to.
But there is a cost to her purebloodedness that Faline is desperate to keep hidden. She is a bit too pureblooded. While many laude her dantiness, she is frail, and her injuries heal very slowly. Namely, when she is cut or scraped, it bleeds for much longer than others. But Faline adamantly refuses to admit to a fallacy in her pure bloodline.
Faline adores the prince, a stallion just as pureblooded as she.
Tell us a little about Faline's personality: Faline has lived and breathed the stories about when they were a great and numerous race of noble bearing and the great deeds of her namesake. In fact, her family saw her as a continuation of the most pureblooded line of the Cerynei, and along with the blood came the responsibility for carrying its true history.
She is very proud of her pure heritage, and considers herself a vessel for the history and knowledge of their race. She is scared of the other soquili breeds, having been raised with horror stories of the other breeds and reasons behind her race withdrawing from them. These stories may not even be true, but Faline wholeheartedly beleives them, and holds them as great Truths.
How did she feel about leaving the forest behind, for a new land?:
Faline is far more terrified than even she lets on about the prospect of rejoining the soquili. The forest fires have been a nightmare. They have claimed lives of friends and family, and there is no sign of them ceasing. And even worse, the Cerynei left have so diminished in numbers that many of the elders have whispered fear that there are not enough for their lines to continue without further interbreeding. Already, cerynei have been born lame or blind, and the great lines have been weakened.
But Faline is more fearful of the outside world. she has heard stories of those who have scouted the outside world. She has heard the stories of soquili breeding with devils. Of the curse of the skinwalker and the beasts that prowl hungry for the blood of others. The threat of losing their noble lines has done anything but diminished; in smaller numbers than ever before, what is to keep their lines in tact? But more than anything, Faline is scared to death that in this outside world, she will be a nothing. No one will know her royal lines or respect her like the princess that she was born to be.
But, she will follow her prince, as is her duty. But not without a heart full of fear and prejudice.

Name: Faline
Temper: Rough Love
History:
She had a wonderful childhood with loving parents. Though her parents seemed to love her more than each other. But her mother was sick so her father had the burden of keeping the family alive. He was out a lot, so Faline inevitably became attached to her mother. So when her mother died Faline was devasted and her father did anything for her. When her father finally passed away Faline was finally faced with the real world which her parents never prepared her for.
Tell us a little about Faline's personality:
She is a little naive at times but loves life and thinks anything is ok as long as it brings you happiness. She trusts very easily but loves with her whole heart. She tries to give everyone the love and joy she felt at one time.
Though at times she is like a rough mother. She cares deeply for everyone, like they were her children. But she isn't afraid to incorporate some tough love. She also tries ot make sure people are prepared unlike she was.
She loves the Prince with her whole heart too mainly because she knows nothing else, This is what she does, she never had a choice.
How did she feel about leaving the forest behind, for a new land?:
VERY NERVOUS. She didn't leave home much and if she did her parents took care of everything. She also knows no one, which makes her even more nervous. She tries her very best to be brave but if any one knows anything about where she is going she asks a billion questions most of them obvious ones. She tries not to show this to the prince because she tries to think of herself as capable.

Name: Faline Temper: Loyal History: A playful little thing, she was told constantly by her mother to never wander out from the trees as danger lurked there. And as she believed fully what her mother told her, Faline obeyed and stayed amongst the trees.
She didn't even dare go and peek out of them as her father would weave her terrible stories of the hornless ones beyond the trees and further even worse stories about the horned ones(even their females had horns!) that lay beyond them. She was terrified that one of these beasts would see her if she looked out curiously, so she secluded herself amongst her own kind, never wandering out beyond their lands.
It was in this seclusion that the Prince started to grow in her own fondness, knowing well that he would warn the cerynei of any hornless or horned ones who entered their trees (at least that was what she had come to presume as danger). It was his own bravery of protecting their herd that drew her to him, and even prompted her to follow him open-heartedly.
But sometimes it seemed that he wasn't listening to her, just allowing her to accompany them.
However, it was her insistance that the prince turned to first when it came time to move the herd on to new lands, the fires that ate away at their own lands becoming more and more constant. But it was at this, that she became afraid.
She was too scared to want to return to the lands of the hornless ones. But at the Prince's words that it was necessary to move on, or suffer destruction at fire, and that someone needed to help move the herd, she went into the very lands she feared so greatly.
Loyal to the prince, loyal to her herd.
Tell us a little about Faline's personality: Terrified of non-cerynei, loyal to her own kind to a fault. How did she feel about leaving the forest behind, for a new land?: She could understand having to leave the forest behind, however she was more than anxious about where it was the Prince was taking them, and hesitant as well, only forcing herself to go at knowing she'd be serving her herd better in helping them settle into their new home, even if disaster could follow it.
It is this disaster that she hopes will never come to pass for her kind, knowing that more fear lays outside of the forest that was her home with possibly more than what she already knows is out there. But she is ready to face it.

Name: Faline Temper: Mystical History: Faline grew up in the forest. She knows every inch of them and what secrets they contain. Her mother was a shamaness and taught her the forest lore She also taught her the magic and herbology inherent within their home. Faline is devoted as healer and seer to the herd. She is the reason that they are leaving their ancestral home. Something is coming that they will need help with...so the spirits have told her that they must seek the aid of their distant cousins, the Soquili. Tell us a little about Faline's personality: Faline is a kind soul. Always willing to help her fellows and the other inhabitants of the forest. She speaks in a dreamy half whisper (Think Luna Lovegood from Harry Potter) and it's rare for her to raise her voice beyond that. Some see Faline as spacey or out of touch, but the truth is that she is far wiser than any beside her mother and her Prince realize. How did she feel about leaving the forest behind, for a new land?: One night, as she spoke to the spirits asking for the daily blessing of the herd when the Great Spirit himself appeared before her. She was given a stern and grave warning of dangers to come. She spoke to the Prince and her mother immediately after and though both were skeptical at first, a sign from the Great Spirit was all the proof both needed to convince them. The only solution that could be found was to flee en masse to the land of their cousins.
