Yes, what kinds of foods and herbs induce miscarriages? I need to know this for something (no, I do not want to make myself get a miscarriage ;-[).

Um, I have no clue. My mum had a miscarriage but it was just random, nothing set it off.

There isn't anything that is a sure thing. If there were there would be no need for abortions. If someone is pregnant they need to get proper medical care as soon as possible.

I know that exceptionally large doses of vitamin C can induce a miscarriage.. There's a lot of sites on Google about herbal abortions, those would tell you.
I'm not advocating ever actually DOING that - it doesn't sound safe - but if you want the info, it's out there.

I doubt that there is any safe way to induce a miscarriage. Miscarriages happen when something is seriously wrong with you or the feotus, so you would basically have to poison yourself to do so.
I am sure that there are plenty of herbal ways to do it. I am sure that village healers and midwives have been doing this stuff for centuries. Whether or not it's actually safe for the woman or not, on the other hand, I am not at all sure about.
PS: I've looked through my Women's Herbal Bible. I've found plenty of herbal remedies to prevent miscarriages, but nothing to induce it. Not that I particularly expected to, but whatever, lol. At least I looked smile
