I think it fitting that I do this. Hopefully I'll get the format right (correct me if I'm wrong)
This will list Captain America, Thor, Ironman, Scarlet Witch, Vision, Hawkeye, Quicksilver, Giantman, and the Wasp by the time I'm finished.
Captain America:
arrow Intellect: Above average.
In most regards he is of average intellect. The points that he excels in (and is possibly the best out of anyone) would be military strategies of all kinds. He is a master tactian, trained by the greatest military minds from all over the world in WW2. He is also the best leader in the entire Marvel U as his skills are acknowledged by all (heroes and villans alike). He also speaks German and conversational Japanese.
arrow Strength: Peak human capacity.
He can easily bench 700-800 lbs. His peak would be near 1000lbs.
arrow Agility: Enhanced Human
He is easily as skilled as an Olympic gymnist, and after years of "on the job training" has advanced in skill enough to be considered slightly beyond normal human capabilities.
arrow Speed: Peak human capability
His speed is sufficent that he can dodge gun fire, and his reflexes are slightly beyond normal human capability.
arrow Durability: Peak human capability
His body is as durable as that of a dense body builder. He also utilizes chainmail, kevlar, and sometimes scale mail in his uniform. His armor is enough to stop normal bullets and blasts. Cap also has an advanced healing factor. Any slight injuries (broken bones, concussions....) are healed in a matter of days or less if he gets rest. He also has an almost super human resistance to disease and poisons.
arrow Endurance: Super Human
Endurance is Cap's one ture superhuman capability. He can and has been shown to be able to fight for more than a day straight at near peak output without having to rest. He was also known to engage in combat for weeks at a time during WW2 whereas he needed an extremely small amount of sleep. He could run a marathon without getting tired.
arrow Combat Skills: Super human (if there is such a thing)
Cap is the master of damn near every martial art technique on the planet. And a few alien types as well. He is one of Marvel's top fighters. He has combined them all into one form that he uses most of the time, but can switch techniques at a moments notice. He is also able to learn fighting styles extremely quickly. As for other skills, he the master at discus throwing. He has been seen to be able to light a lighter (without knocking it over), bounce off of a tree, deflect a snowball, and have the shield return to his hand in one throw.
arrow Powers/Techniques: No powers other heightened physical abilities.
His shield is virtually indestructable. It is an adamantium/vibranium alloy. It absorbs shocks and could withstand a nuke at ground zero.

Thor
arrow Intellect: Well above average
Thor is several thousands of years old. In that time he has learned a great deal about a great number of things. Things like warfare/combat, strategy, magic, history(having lived through it), medicine.... In one of his alter egos he was a practiced surgeon and in the other he was an EMT; Thor still retains all of that knowledge. Thor also excels at leadership and governing issues.
arrow Strength: Low level Cosmic
Thor's upper level of strength has never been discovered. Thor's strength level is usually above 100 tons. Although he has been witnessed lifting the Midgard Serpant which was IIRC in the millions or billions of tons. Thor is sufficently strong enough to break secondary adamantium without use of magic.
arrow Agility: Olympic level athlete
Thor is quite agile but rarely shows it. Thor is extremely manuverable while in flight.
arrow Speed: Varies
Thor can travel several times the speed of light while traveling through space. As for on land, his reflexes are beyond the capabilities of humans (often referred to as quick as the lightning he commands). While in the air, Thor has been able to fly faster than combat jets.
arrow Durability: Impervious
Thor is impervious to all but the most powerful of blows. Thor can and has survived an atomic bomb at point blank range without suffering any injuries other than charred skin.
arrow Endurance: Super human
Thor's level of endurance is well beyond that of any mortal. Thor could most likely fight at near peak level for close to a month.
arrow Combat Skills:
Thor is a master of nearly every kind of combat.
-He is the master of hammer throwing
-as well as sword fighting
-He is a master at hand to hand combat
arrow Powers/Techniques:
-Thor has the power to conjure and control various forms of storms (Lightning, Thunder, wind/tornadoes, clouds). He is in such mastery of these storms that he is able to take control of weather being controlled by the X-woman 'Storm'.
-With the use of Mjlonir, Thor can travel through dimensions via open portals.
-Thor can fire lightning bolts from the sky, his hands, and Mjlonir.
-Thor can negate any Mystical force with the use of his hammer.
-Thor is about 85% immune to mental attacks and mind control
-He is immune to any kind of attack that would wipe him from exisistance (Soul Gem, Magic attacks, Omega beams...)
-Thor has the "Godly Essence Blast" that is a powerful enough attack that it destroyed Galactus's hand.

Ironman
arrow Intellect: Super Genius
Tony Stark is one of the smartest people in the Marvel Universe. He has several PhDs including Engineering and Physics. I KNOW he has more, I just can't think of them right now. He has made every kind of Ironman armor he uses along with countless weapons and vehicles. Tony has created several artifical intelligences for various purposes. He is a master inventor who can fashion sophisticated machines out of seemingly low level parts. Tony is also a master of problem solving, business, and politics
arrow Strength: Super strength
(While in the armor) IM can lift about 85 tons in normal status. He can devert power from other systems to boost his strength to over 100 tons.
arrow Agility:
IM is extremely manuverable while in flight. He has the ability to change directions almost instantly. While on the ground he has about normal human agility.
arrow Speed:
While in air IM can fly several times the speed of sound. While on the ground he can run about the same as a normal human who's in good physical condition.
arrow Durability: Invincible
IM is impervious to most kinds of damage. The armors have been made out of various kinds of materials. IM has taken hits from all manner of people with super strength ranging from 20 tons to well over 150 ton class. IM is also space worth, as he can fly from the ground to space without any special preparations. He also can dive into the deepest ocean. IM also has the ability to absorb energy blasts directed at him. He can fully absorb electricity, heat, radiation, sunlight, and various forms of comic book type energies. IM also has impressive force field that can be brought up at a moments notice. The force field can protect IM from all manner of attacks.
arrow Endurance: Varies
The armor's endurance varies according to how much power it has. At normal status it can run for a full day or two. At max output it can run for a few hours. That is of course if he isn't getting any power boosts. If he is in directly sunlight, his power stores will replenish. As well as any energy attacks he absorbs
arrow Combat Skills:
IM is excellent at heavy combat. He is well equipped to deal with multiple attackers and well as single powerful foes. Tony Stark has been trained in HTH combat by Captain America (though he isn't as good at it as other Avengers).
arrow Powers/Techniques:

-Repulsor rays (powerful energy beams)
-sophisticated sensor array

Vision
arrow Intellect: Superhuman
Vision's brain has the capabilites of a super computer. He can do millions of calculations in a second or two. He has the Avengers complete set of files downloaded into his head. He also has sofisticated internal sensors that can scan and analyze anything in his immediate area.
arrow Strength: Superhuman
Vision's peak strength maxes out around 90-100 tons.
arrow Agility: Above human average
Vision has about the same flexibility as a human that engages in regular exercise.
arrow Speed: Beyond human capability
Vision's reflex are extremely fast due to his quick thinking brain. While Vision can't run much faster than a human, he has been seen keeping pace with Quinjets and other aircraft.
arrow Durability: Superhuman
Vision's durability varies (of course). At normal state he is about bullet proof. When he increases his density to maximum, he is far more durable than diamond, almost (not quite) reaching Carbonatium or secondary adamantium durablity. He is immune to all forms of poison and disease (other than computer viruses). He is extremely resistant to heat, cold, pressure and electricity. Vision could withstand the vaccum of space.
arrow Endurance: Superhuman
Vision is solar powered. If he were in constant contact with sunlight, he could function indefinitely. He has several days worth of energy stored in his body in the event of being in darkness. Vision can recharge his batteries with electricity as well as sunlight.
arrow Combat Skills: Superhuman
Vision is extremely efficent at combat.
-His brain can calculate combat moves, ally stratigies and enemy tactics/weaknesses.
-Vision can fire beams of energy from the solar gem on his forehead that can reach temperatures ranging from 500 to 30,000 degrees Fahrenheit.
-One of his trademark combat moves is to phase is hand or other body part into an enemy and halfway rematerialize it. The result is extremely painful for the victim and all but superhuman enemies blackout.
-Vision can increase the density of his arms and fists, thus making them extremely heavy bludgeoning instruments. The peak weight thus far shown is 93 tons!
arrow Powers/Techniques:
Vision's main power is that he can control his density at will. He can reach a state of intangibility, where he can pass effortlessly through solid objects. He can also increase his density to reach a state of invulnerability. This also increases his weight (but does not decrease his speed). Vision can also fly.

Hawkeye
arrow Intellect: Below Average
Clint has no formal education and sees no need for it as he most often relies on his "gut". Clint does excel in combat strategies. He is also quite handy in building things, as he is the one that designed most of his trick arrows.
arrow Strength: Olympic level athlete
Clint has the strength level of someone who engages in intensive training on a daily basis.
arrow Agility: Olympic level athlete
Clint trains at least four hours a day to achieve peak agility. He also grew up in a circus where he learned the skills of an arcobat and aerialist. His agility is second only to Captain America on the Avengers.
arrow Speed: Olympic level athlete
(He has no powers so he trains hella hard)
arrow Durability: Normal human
Clint is as durable as a normal human
arrow Endurance: Olympic level athlete
arrow Combat Skills:
-Clint is the master at all forms of archery. His skill with the bow is unmatched.
-He is also skilled at firing a bow while moving (running, jumping, flying upside down...)
-He has had personal training from Captain America in the field of hand to hand combat. Clint is highly skilled at combat, and one of the Avengers best fighters.
arrow Powers/Techniques: None
Clint has no powers. His Techniques would include his skill at archery and the variety of trick arrows he employs.
Clint's trick arrows include many kinds:
-Regular tipped
-Explosive
-Sonic
-Net arrows
-Gas arrows
-Radioactive dampening
-Liquid/Gel restraint arrows
-Grappling hooks
-Limelight arrow (repels various forms of energy back to the source)
that's all the arrows I can think of now.....

Jan is of average intelligence. Her specalities include leadership and fashion designs. I'm fairly certain she can also speak Spanish.
arrow Strength: Average
Jan has the strength level of a normal person that works out everyday.
arrow Agility: Above Average
Jan while in normal size has better agility than most people.
arrow Speed: Beyond human capability
While in Wasp size, she has been seen traveling along side a moving car. At normal size, she is of normal speed for a human.
arrow Durability: Average
Jan is as durable as any human. While in Wasp form is proportionally durable.
arrow Endurance: Above Average
Jan has the endurance level that is well above average human level. While in Wasp form, she can fly for lengthy periods of time without getting tired.
arrow Combat Skills:
- Jan is a capable leader
-She has recieved hand to hand combat training from Cap
-She is super agile while in wasp size and in flight.
arrow Powers/Techniques:
-Size shrinking to roughly the size of an insect due to manipulating Pym particles.
-"Stingers" which are energy based blasts that can shock or incapcitate an opponent. At full blast they can and have hurt Hercules.
-recently Jan has (for no reason) shown that she can now GROW in size. While in giant size, her stats would be similar to that of Hank Pym's.

Giantman
arrow Intellect: Genius
Pym is a genius in several different fields including Biochemistry, Biology, and Robotics. Pym is capable of creating various technologies for his research. He also has invented Artifical Intelligence (Ultron 1). Pym also has created a device that enables him to communicate with insects, specifically ants.
arrow Strength: Super strong
While grown to full size Pym can lift a proportionate amount of weight to his normal strength. Meaning he could lift many tons worth of weight. At normal size he could lift about 250lbs.
arrow Agility: Average
Pym has the average agility of a human.
arrow Speed: Average
Pym has the average speed of a human. Though while in a grown state he could travel greater distances in a shorter period of time. While flight (YellowJacket costume) he can fly about 150 mph.
arrow Durability: Varies
At normal size Pym has the average durability of a human. While in a grown state, his body grows more durable in proportion to his size.
arrow Endurance: Peak human
Pym has the endurance of a human that engages in regular intensive exercise.
arrow Combat Skills:
Pym has been trained in HTH combat by Captain America.

-Pym can use his Pym particles to grow to about 100 feet tall.

I've done one for Greer in the Kapow Guild as well... A lot of the info I pulled this from was the Latest incarnation of the Marvel Universe RPG, they use a 1 to 10 rating, it we include DC we may need to take this to at least 20. with a litt modification we could use these as a way of RPing.

As Ant-man he just rides a flying ant. It's the YellowJacket costume that actually allows YJ to fly. And yes, as YJ he can fly at "normal" size.
