Clan Coat of Arms Contest!
Concept
We're looking for one, or several Coat of Arms that represent the clan! They're to be similar to ancient crests and coat of arms, should have some symbology, and also capture the feel of what we're all about!
Suggestions: Using zOMG symbols such as animated, or rings. Purple is the official clan color. Possibly try to capture the idea of helping others, and protecting our friends. The Guardian of Myhrr is a mythical protector, somewhat magical or spiritual.
Deadline
The contest has been extended several times because people were showing works in progress and were making real efforts.
Prize
Grand Prize Winner: You get to choose from 3 thank you letters from my large collection of thank you letters. (You will not be allowed to choose multiple of the same month tho)
2nd and 3rd Place will receive a zOMG Supercharger battery, or 10K
4th and 5th will receive a Pink Magical Giftbox or 5K A Prize of 10K will be reserved for the best LATE entrant who still sends in a completed art!
All other entrants, and people who helped with ideas (and are still active) will receive a fish drop or two.

In the result of a tie for first place, there will be a vote off, on all tied entries.

Basically the original concept for the clan coat of arms is this. but the wings will be centered vertically with the shield, and angled like in the original concept drawing. Blah, it got kinda aliased on the edges, when I saved it as a gif, but there's a blank, slanted wing that we could clean up to use.

photoshopped would be better than paper drawn. I only drew my sheild on paper, because I don't have photoshop to work with right now.
However if you feel you can do a better job on paper, like I do, go ahead and do it by hand.

It may take me a little time to get it scanned in to show off, but I finally got around to drawing out my personal crest after a very long time since the first time I did it.. It's the one that's haunted my memories for years since my first visioning quest that spawned the tale of Myhrr.. So much so that it is tattooed on my arm, and is destined to be done again on the other, and one day upon my back..
Getting to the point, it has a similar structuring in it's shape to the shield that Plasmafire has drawn, which honestly has stricken me so much that I never posted in this topic until now.. With it redrawn, perhaps it might serve a purpose if others like it, provided I can get it posted before the final Coat of Arms is established. I will leave it up to the members to decide what they think of it when I have that chance..
Otherwise, I'm liking what I'm seeing. Keep up the good work!
