It took the twins a while before they wanted to come back to the park. Jadian was worried and almost afraid of going back and running into that scary boy before that had killed the bird. Adrian didn't want to meet him again either the most likely reason being that if he saw him again he would probably want to punch him... he didn't like him. At all...
The pair were roaming side by side this time, neither were talking they were just enjoying the park. The birds seemed to have forgotten them as they were coming in close, quacking, and seeking out any food they might have with them. Adrian gave them a look but was soon ignoring them while Jadian knelt down to reach out to them, stroking his hands over the ones that came close enough.
The guardian hated them, hated things that carried large amounts of germs meaning Jadian as going to end up in a hot bath when they got home.

Vate had very reluctantly decided to take his son to the park. The toddler wasn't very active-- Alexei was the calmest little boy he'd ever had the chance to meet. And that wasn't saying much. The only other two he'd spent time with were his nephews Joshua and Vincent. With the exception of Zemel, his girlfriend's son. He didn't count.
So Vate was stuck leading the yellow child to the park. "Maybe you'll make friends." He said. He silently hoped the child would. That'd mean less time for the boy to pester him. "There, there's someone you can meet." Vate pointed out the twins. He had never met them, but Alexei might get along with them. And that was to his benefit, right?

Adrian seemed to be growing bored with the birds... and slightly jealous of them as they were taking the attention of his brother that was normally his. He looked at them, tempted to give a kick to send them running from him again so that he could take all of his brothers affections for himself. He was about to do so when something caught his attention from the corner of his eye and he turned to look at a rather shiny child. He watched him as he seemed to glimmer in the sun and he found himself taking a couple steps toward him.
Jadian lifted his gaze from the birds to look over at his brother as he started to walk away. He blinked a couple times before he reached down to scooped up one of the little ducks and snuggled it, "Cute duck... Adrian... where are you going?" He called out after his brother.
The boy with the dark skin and silver markings pointed at the golden boy and continued walking forward. The red head looked over at him and then started forward after him carrying one duck and leading the rest.

Vate smiled, and pushed his son forward. "See, they want to meet you. Now go." The two boys seemed friendly enough; one was good with birds, at least. And if you were good with animals, you were good with people, right?
Prompted by another push from his father, Alexei headed towards the boys. "Hi," He said, with a smile. "What are your names?" He looked at Jadian's duck with interest. "What's his name?" He asked. Maybe it was their pet. His ears twitched slightly as he listened to the birds. He fished in his pocket for some bread crumbs.

Adrian made a circle around the golden boy looking quite interested in him... such an strange looking kid. Not that he could exactly say anything about looking strange.
Jadian gave a smile, "My name is Jadian, that's my brother Adrian and the duck... he doesn't have a name." He murmured, at least not one that he knew since he didn't speak duck.
Upon seeing that the golden child had bread the duck rushed him, quaking in delight at the chance of getting food as though they were never fed which was just not true... even the one that Jadian was carrying jumped out of the red head's arms to hurry over for his chance.

Alexei smiled at Jadian. "Nice names," He said, before noticing that Adrian was making a circle around him. His eyes followed the other boy, before he frowned slightly. "Want to be friends?" He asked.
He bent down and held out the bread for the ducks in his hand. He smiled as they moved towards him, and pecked at it. "They like me," he said happily. This was a new experience for him. He liked it. After the birds had eaten all of the crumbs, Alexei stood up. "Do you want to play a game?" He asked.

"Thank you." Jadian murmured giving a little giggle as he watched the birds eating from the other boy's hands, "They are nice, huh? They even put up with Adrian and he likes to tease them."
Adrian gave a nod of his head, "They are fun to chase." He said simply.
The red head gave his brother a disapproving sort of look before he turned his attentions to the interesting boy in front of them, "Yes, we would like to play a game. Adrian will play even if he doesn't act like it. He just plays rough sometimes."
The birds of the park knew that best...

Alexei smiled. "I love animals." He said, before pausing. "It's not nice to chase them, though.. My cousins do that.." He frowned slightly. He rather thought Joshua and Vinny would get along with Adrian. He nodded at Jadian.
"What game do you want to play?" He asked, politely. He didn't like rough games, but he wanted to try something new.

"Better chasing them then killing them like we saw someone else do." Adrian whisper to Alexei before he drifted away from him a few steps. He was a bit bored with all of this, games and peaceful people that didn't want to chase birds were a bit dull to him.
Jadian tilted his head to the side, "Hmmm, good question. I don't know to many games." He murmured, "I normally just follow Adrian's lead. What sort of games do you play?"

Alexei frowned at Adrian. He simply could not imagine someone wanting to kill an innocent bird. It was beyond him. "But why would they want to do that?" He asked.
Alexei thought of the games his older cousins had taught him. "Well, make-believe, and hide-n-seek, and tag, and... We played this one game called Green Ghost. But it's only done in the dark. I'm always the first one to be the ghost.." He frowned. Apparently Lexie prefered to be left out of that game.

Jadian watched his brother who didn't say much of anything in response to Alexei so he looked over to him, "He was a scary boy." He murmured, looking a little scared as he looked around the area as though he were going to appear out of no where to threaten the cute birds that were hanging out around them.
"Ohhh, tag is nice." He murmured as he looked over at Adrian, "Would you play tag with us?"
Adrian looked over at the pair then gave a shrug, "Sure." He said with a grin, chasing people around was fine, he could do that.

A scary boy? Lexie wasn't looking forward to meeting someone like that. They sounded too mean for his liking. Hurting birds.. He already knew he wouldn't get along with them.
"Do one of you want to be it first?" Alexei asked politely. He didn't like the idea of being first. Not really.

Adrian gave a grin showing his teeth, "Sure! I'd love to be it." He said, "I will count to ten to give you two a chance to get ahead of me." He seemed quite eager to start the game now that he got to be the chaser.
Jadian gave a giggle then looked over at Alexei, "Come on, lets run!" He said, reaching out to take the golden boy's hand in his and started to run, leading the other boy.

Alexei took Jadian's hand and ran. He ran so he kept up with the other boy as well as he could. He had to resist the urge to look back to see if Adrian was chasing them. But no, he guessed the other boy would still be counting.
As they ran, he smiled. He liked this game.

Adrian called out the numbers from one to ten in a very loud manner so that the two that were running away from him would be able to hear him which would make them try that much harder to get away from him. When he got to ten he turned around to face them before he started to follow after them in a lazy pace, not wanting to exhaust himself quickly by tearing after them at full speed.
Jadian gave a squeak when he saw his brother was following after them and tried to run a bit faster so that the two of them wouldn't get caught quickly.
