I've been wanting to do a pic of these two for quite some time. You'll probably recognise Craban, my drow, and here we've also got Dara - although amdittedly looking more yellow than he should do 0~o lol
Pencil crayons are like that, sometiems skin tones work, sometimes they don't. i'm pretty impressed with getting Craban's skintone right though. i used blue under the grey and it seemed to really work

Anyway, these two have quite some history. Dara's a somewhat cheerful, romantic and unlucky-in-love gay human who resided in the village Craban eventually visited when the drow was making his way from the underdark and onto the surface. Genrally Craban was a little nastier, more reserved and certainly more prickly than he is now, and in many respects it was Dara's influence that humanised his personality a lot - or at least chipped away at the uncomfortable conditioning of Lolth society Craban had.
Meh. Anyway, Dara took Craban under his wing and taught him about human society and they soon became friends. Due to the whole taboo-thing of a female-dominated society, Craban had never really accepted the fact he was gay (and instead focused on the fact he disliked women) and so was surprised as anyone when the two started to develop feeling for each other.
Blah blah blah and somewhat awkwardly they became a couple and relaxed into it. Dara was madly in love with Craban, and to a large extent Craban felt the same, but had no way of expressing it, since love is seomthing never even thought of in teh Underdark, much less articulated.
Eventually, afriad of the commitment, Craban ran off and left Dara.
A few years later the two end up back together though ^_~

I tried to keep as much away from the anime 'yaoi' as I could, and certainly didn't wnat any 'uke'-type relationship going on. They're just two guys who genuinely love each other.
Anyway, while Craban is admittedly more girly looking (being an elf-race n' all) and shorter (as drow are a pretty short race), Dara's the more sentimental, extroverted and goofy of the two, so they sort of balance each other out

fancied trying out more poses after seeing CrouchingKitty's amazing recent work. My drawings are nowhere near becoming dynamic yet, unfortunately, but I think i'm gradually getting there, little by little.

This is a quick sketch really, but I gave it a little bit of colour.

So this is Zizzy's character Lilith, also part of the very popular guild rp Exorcist (i've got quite a bit of exorcist fanart in my gallery now lol). She's a necromancer, so I thought I'd have her siwngin' over some zombie-demon-thingers.

Plus I promised I'd draw Lilith
