Rules Of Prohibited Conducts:

1- No stalking, harassing, threatening, or defrauding others clan, and gaian members persistent in this violations of an individuals against their wishes is not permitted on this clan. If someone asks you to stop, please leave them alone.
2- Send, post, text or make available sexually, explicits, pornographic, libelous messages. Soliciting, or engaging in cyber sex or mature content role play is not allowed in this clan, and gaia online.
3- Send, post, text or make available threatening, embarrasing, hateful, racially or ethnically insulting, cursing, swearing, disrespecting, libelous, or otherwise inappropriate messages to the clan and gaians members.
4- No overly abusive, foul, bad, explicit, vulgar, insulting, self-deprecating or racial language. We have a very liberal policy regarding language, but please try to be civil, courteous, polite, and respectful towards your fellows member clan and gaians. If your post, or text is excessively of all mentioned above without any justification, we will try to promptly delete it. Immendiately you're on suspension and/or out of the clan and reported to gaia staff.
5- No scamming, hacking, and frauding your fellows clan members and gaians.
6- Continuing all this violations will result in punishment, suspension, and/or out of the clan and reported to gaia staff.

7- Try to or be civil, courteous, polite, and respectful to your fellows members clan and gaians.
8- Be helpful and support your fellows members clan inside zOMG. If you can't help them at least send them a message that you're busy, doing a quest, or you helping other member clan.
8- Romance is categorized in three levels:
a) Minimum (low).
b) Medium (neutral).
c) Maximum (high). Not allowed.
The only two that are accepted, and allowed are minimum (low), and medium (neutral). But please try to keep it as minimum as you can.
9- Respect and follow rules of this clan, and guidelines, and terms of service (tos) of gaia online.

12- If you have a problem or trouble with a member or crew of this clan. You can private message (pm). Captain, vice-captain to let them know the problem or trouble. Be specific when you write and submit the pm.
a) Explain the matter (the problem or trouble).
b) The reason or reasons why it happen.
c) Which was the consequence of all the problem or trouble.
Captains and vice-captains most find a solution/agreement to the problem or trouble. If they don't find a solution/agreement, captains have to let me know via pm or in the meetings to discussed it and find a solution or agreement.
13- If a member, or crew of this clan have a problem or trouble with their captain or vice-captain you have permission to directly pm. me to let me know the problem or trouble. Be specific when you write and submit the pm.
