[Yin and Myth]
Nazih'Matata let out a heavy sigh as he wandered once more from his adoptive mothers home. He couldn't believe it. He had himself a father who was still alive. His mother was dead and she never got a chance to tell him that the one he thought was his father really wasn't... He wasn't that sure what to think anymore. He wasn't in the mood to see much of his loved ones. He really hadn't even played with Sadiki much, even though they were both adults they still played games. But this had been bothering him for a while, right as his mane started to grow in that's when he met his father. His mother tried to cheer him up, but he just wouldn't do it.
Now he decided he was going to go out and try to spend some time on his own. Try to get out and meet some one new or get out and just learn about life. He wasn't sure what he was going to do but he didn't want to be home right now.
So the male inched on. His shoulders rolling under his skin. He flicked his hair out of his eyes. The sun was starting to set and he already got pretty far. He was wondering about finding a place to rest for the night, yeah that would be good, find a place to sleep. He paused in the tall grass looking around, his body was bigger than it used to be, he realized that as he looked around, this used to be near impossible. He nodded then moved forward. He could see a den in his sights. There that looked good enough, he wasn't going to be picky. Soon he was coming up along the den and peaking in.

A small lioness was curled up in the far back not noticeable at first. she made a small little grown before waking up in a fright her eyes opening wide. She blinked several times as tears began to fall down her cheeks.
"Dad...." She uttered softly before curling up into a small ball before looking to the entrance. She panicked just seeing blurs before nothing. "...Wh-what going on?" She muttered softly to herself before remembering her dream and that bright light. The light it was so blinding maybe...she was just tired now. She closed her eyes tightly trying to get back to sleep.
"Its still just a dream." She told herself. She then began to to purr softly remembering the sent of her father and remember her father touch. She then opened her eyes she saw nothing assuming it was just the dark cave.
"Miss you daddy." She muttered softly smiling as she took a deep breath before curling up tighter shivering from the cold den she had stumbled upon. She was glad it was vacant. She quickly claimed it for the night.

Nazih paused as he thought he heard a voice in the den. He wasn't that sure if he should enter or not. He lowered his head sniffing the ground, there was some one in here, or he was pretty sure of it... He was tired and he needed to sleep. He sighed softly. He would have to find out then find out if they were friendly before he wanted to stay here. He started to move forward into the den, following the sound.
"Hello?" He called out gently, his eyes adjusting to the darkness. Before he knew it the scent of the other came into his nose, his eyes soon catching sight of the other and he also smelt the salty smell of tears. Oh god, what was he getting himself into.
"Helloo?" He asked again, a little more quiet as he god closer. He remember heading something about 'daddy'. Some one who wanted their father while he himself wanted nothing to do with his father. "Are you alright? Miss?" He asked keeping a safe distance from her. He wasn't that sure what she would do if he got to close, it would be safe to keep his distance for now. He didn't know anything about her. However if she was really sleeping then he would just wander up to the front and sleep there but if she was awake then she was going to find out if she was okay.

Her head perked up as she looked around. "is...is someone there?" She asked softly before getting to her feet as she sniffed around. "I can smell you." She said getting a little scared and on the defense since her eyes where still not working.
"What do you want?" She said asking firmly as she back up into a rock. Great well at least she knew she was near a wall and if she needed to flee she just had to run along it. Though she wouldn't do that till she was certain that she was in danger.
"You don't smell like this den so it can't be yours." She said quickly not giving the other a chance to claim the den when she had found it first. Though she wasn't against sharing she was a a kind soul after all and never liking being lonely at night.
"An I'm I'm okay...I guess." She paused between her words trying to word them correctly in a manor the other would understand since she herself was confused if she was alright or not.

Nazih was confused at her reaction. He didn't understand what she was meaning until she said that she could smell him. She must not be able to see. He shook it off before shaking his head a few times, but then he stopped backing up just a little bit. "Very sorry for waking you." He said with a small sigh. "I didn't mean to." Well he did but he didn't mean to put her in a panic.
"I was seeing if this den was claimed, or if I could stay here for the night..." His voice trailed for a moment before he looked at her, even thought it was dark she was beautiful as far as he could see. "No, No. Its not mine, I really don't even live around here, I am traveling, I've been traveling all of the day, getting tired." He chuckled softly before nodding toward her, even though she couldn't see it. "Are you sure?" He wanted to make sure, he didn't like seeing others hurt. He was hiding his own pain right now. He was hiding the pain that he had been through, he did that a lot. But there was a... down feeling about him.
"I was just interested on staying here for the night. It is warming in here then it is out there..." He didn't want to guilt her into it but it was a tactic he was going to keep in mind. He didn't want to have to go back out there and wander around for another good hour or two before finding some place, not at all.

"You...you can stay. I don't really like being alone at night. As long as you don't try anything funny." She commented softly as she moved back to her warm spot on the ground. She stretched out a little before resting her head on her paws.
"What are you searching for?" She asked softly closing her eyes trying to ignore the question about her pain as she tried to focus on slow stead breaths.
"I'm...traveling too." She commented softly before opened her eyes to look over at him. "I'm looking for someone but...I don't think I'll find him." She replied as she gave a small shudder. "Something happened to him and I don't feel him as close as I normally did." She replied before her jaw clenched trying not to let the tears fall.
"I guess this just comes with the territory of growing up." She said with a long shaking sigh.

Nazih was quite surprised when the female said that he could stay. He wasn't really expecting that not at all. There wasn't that many around here that were friendly enough to share a den around this area. "No problem." He nodded before laying down where he was and making himself comfortable. "Thank you." He murmured softly before going to curl up into a ball and start to sleep until she started to talk again.
"I'm not really searching..." He sighed softly. He wasn't he just was wandering? Wasn't he? he was sure that he was. He wasn't looking for anyone just kind of going.
"Ah. That is not good." He sighed flicking his tail out and touching one of her arms very gently. Before shaking his head. "I understand loosing some one. But I think he might still be around." He gave her a soft smile before sighing softly again. "I don't think It comes with growing up... It just comes with life over all. There are some that come and go..." Then he rested his head on his paws before closing his eyes just slightly then sitting up again. "I hope you find 'em atleast."

"Th...thank you." She said softly before shuddering a little. "But you see...I just." She said choking a little. "I just saw him get hurt." She said as she began to cry tears falling from her closed eyes. She curled up into a small ball.
"I don't know what I'm going to do I can't see where he is. I can't find him." She sobbed out as she shook her head the tears falling around her falling onto the ground her fur as well as the companion. She then opened her now failing eyes. "I can't even see anymore. I don't know what going on!" She yelled out not able to understand anymore. Never had her vision been this terrible never had they hurt her this much. Never had they made her psychical so impaired.
"I'm sorry...I don't even know you and I'm dumping all of my problems onto you." she said as she began to shaking a little some from the cold but mostly from her being so upset.
"Your very kind to not just yell at me to shut up and tell me to suck it up." She said as she tried to look to where the male was.

Nazih'Matata blinked a bit as she started to talk. He didn't like to see when others were hurt, He knew when he was hurt he normally hid it however he knew that not everyone was like him and not everyone was able to do that. "Oh..." He stopped as she started to cry, thats when he couldn't help himself, he stood up and moved over to her, nuzzling her softly before sitting down where he was. "You can't see?" He shook his head before looking down at his paws, he was feeling a little bad for her. He shook his head again. "Don't worry about it... I've heard many people rant, its not bad, its good to talk." He nuzzled her again hoping that she wouldn't push him away while he was being nice. "Its no problem. I mean you welcomed me into the den I should listen." He flashed a small smile before he laid down in front of her.
"What of your mother? How come she isn't around to help you? If you don't mind me asking that is..." He nodded, he knew that some didn't really like questions like that and he didn't blame them. He knew that he wasn't that fond of questions about his father.

She laughed half heatedly before she shook her head. "My mother...My mother didn't like me much I was a free spirit and she didn't like me running off with my father thought it was foolish and that I should stay where its safe." She said softly shaking her head.
"I never liked her anyways she never seemed to see me she always talked about my brothers. I'm the only girl our of 3 boys." She said with a growl before leaning into him glad for the comfort.
"Thank you." She said softly as she closed her eyes and enjoyed their closeness. This make was strange he was being so kind to her so interesting. She then opened her useless eyes taking a deep breath.
"I don't think I could face her now not after seeing what happened to father." She said softly as she began to cry once more. "I can't face her when I look like a perfect mix of them." She then took a deep breath trying to understand why she was so calm now with him. It was a lot like when she was with her father and that other male.

Nazih'Matata sighed softly at the female. He was starting to feel that comfort too. The feeling of just laying with some one... He nuzzled her once more before looking at her, she was cute... He shrugged off the idea. "Ah..." Then he shook his head as he listened to her again. It seemed that no one these days knew both of their parents or got along with them. He chuckled softly before biting his tongue.
"Its no problem again..." His voice trailed for a moment before he looked at her again. "At least she is a live, my real mother is dead... My father is some where around here, I just found out that he is both alive... and that he is my real father I grew up thinking some one else was my father." He sighed through his nose softly. My adoptive mother and my best friend... Well I don't want them to see me until I come back. I haven't been myself lately..." He laughed slightly before shaking his head.
"You never know, family always loves you Yet at the same time we just don't want to see our family anymore." He shrugged again, not sure of what else to say to her to cheer her up. He wasn't that sure of what to say after all. He didn't know her at all he didn't even know her name. "My name is Nazih'Matata by the way. You can call me Naizh." He nodded before flicking his mane out of his eyes. "Yours?"

She blushed a little looking at the male before taking a deep breath. "I don't think family means anything to me now." She said softly looking to the male.
"I don't think I even understand why lions get together and start a family let alone a pride." She thought before looking to the male or trying to as her head brushed against his neck. She stopped for a moment a little scared from what she just did. Her failing eyes where now making her do things that where out of character since she couldn't judge where she was and how close the other is.
She pulled away just a little as she began to blush madly before moving to rest her head on her paws. "I'm Taika'rana by the way." She said before tilting her head to listen to him. "Most just call me Rana though." She said as she leaned back into him blushing before taking a breath getting a little brave and she snuggled into him.
"Would you humble me and stay like this with me threw the night?" She asked softly as she moved closer to him shivering.

Nazih was a little surprised blinked a few times, he could barely believe what she said about her family... Then again at the same time he could understand he didn't want anything to do with his father at this point. He really didn't see why, he just didn't. It bothered him... He then shrugged. "Family is good, most of the time. I have an adoptive mother we get along really good... When I was in a pride when I was younger I got along with everyone pretty good. I guess it all depends on who starts the family or pride..." He smiled softly, in his eyes that made perfect sense.
When she leaned into him he was even more surprise, he wasn't sure how to act, she warned him no funny business, he didn't plan on any either but now here she was leaning into him. He shrugged at the idea, not going to let him over think that. He chuckled softly. "Can I call you Taika? My mothers name is Rana it would be a little weird." He chuckled at the idea before blinking again at her shivering.
"Ah, there is no problem with that at all..." He nodded softly closing his eyes himself before resting his tail on her side. "So how did you end up here all alone?" He asked arching a small brow at the idea.

She let out a small laugh before nodding. "Taika is fine." She smiled a little before shrugging. "I just went where the wind took me really hoping I would find my father that way. He has these big wings...So I though maybe if I followed the gust it would lead me to him." She said before growing quite. "But I think that was wrong all I've done is gone and get lost." She said laughing have heartedly. She then took another deep breath looking in the direction of the den opening hearing the water droplets begin to fall heavily.
"Is it raining?" She asked softly trying to listen to the pit pattering of the rain but wasn't to sure she had never seen or heard it before she only heard about it. She then began even gloomier as she rested her head back down on her paws.
"I don't think I like the rain like he said I would." She said softly as she began to shiver some more but this time it wasn't from the cold she was doing her best not to cry. "Foolish lion." She muttered out as she brushed her tears away from her face using her forearms.

Nazih chuckled softly before nodding. "Good. Taika... That's really a beautiful name." He smiled softly before blinking a few times. "Wings?" He had heard of some lions with wings... Gods. He wasn't sure if they existed or not. He was some where in between, he hadn't seen one so he wasn't sure. But this lionesses father sounded like one. Maybe he was. "Is he a god?" He asked not that sure of what to think before he looked out of the den
"Yes it is..." He closed his eyes for a moment, he loved the sound of the rain. It was something that just took his mind off of everything, took him away from the world for a while. It was also nice to travel in when it was just hot out. Made everything just cool off.
Then he chuckled some shaking his head. "The rain is nice, you just have to be in the mood for it." He then notice her start to shake and some tears start to form. He shook his head then licked them away, pulling himself a little closer to her. "Don't cry..." Was simplely all that he could say. He nipped at her gently then nuzzled her neck again. "I don't think you are foolish at all."
