 Dellia hummed to herself as she looked around the wide open field. She didn't know how she had gotten so lucky as to find this land but she blessed whoever had sent her here...there were some -fine- looking stallions about. Fine and friendly too. A secretive little smile curled her lips as she thought about a few of the more 'friendly' stallions she had spent some time with. Older stallions, all of them, sure of their place and power in the world, take charge kind of fellows.
Yes those boys had defiantly known how to take care of a mare. Too bad a few of them thought that taking care of, meant keeping forever. That just wasn't this mares style....
Shaking out her curly mane, Dellia smiled again as she set off across the field towards the small patch of woods she had began to call home. Let those boys find some other filly to keep a hold of, this mare wasn't looking to be some queen to the stallions king.

The stallion was not looking for love. He was the proud stallion that thrived to be on his own. Not many mares could handle such an untameable stallion.. He loved to cause trouble. To throw his head back to see if he could race the wind.
He was a handsome stallion, and he had had his fair share of pretty mares. But none had really caught his eyes. He just wasnt one to stick around. None of hte mares he met, wanted to travel or see the world.
She wanted to start a family and stay where she was.
The word family mad the stallions eyebrows come together as he shookhis head. He did not want foals. Maybe if he found the right mare..But given his current run, he felt sure he'd never find anyone to stick around.
But that wasnt such a bad thing..
He lowered his muzzle to the tall grasses that grew around his hooves in the open valley, and began munching.

A faint smile curled her lips as she came to a stop. She whistled softly looking the young stallion over. "Well hello handsome..." Tossing her curly mane, she stepped from the bushes into the light.
She was careful to make sure to present her best side as she picked her way down the trail towards him.
Maybe this new boy would provide her with some fun...

He looked at her with a smile. She was delightful. Now mother would have his hide if he was rude, or concieted, so he decided to see how she was first.
If she was the type that liked that kind of thing, he'd instantly step up to the plate.
"Hello yourself, miss." He said with a little grin.
She was gorgeous, with her white and liver colored pelt. Her nose with the slightest bit of pink and black.
He was a dominant sort of male, but he was very much a romantic. His mother had always been one as well.

Dellia laughed again amused. So..that is how the youngster want to play. Well he was handsome enough and she was new to the land, knowing very few people. It was a chance to spend some time with someone outside of the sad little herd she had found herself living in.
Tossing her mane again she arched her neck coy as she came closer. Her copper eyes blinked startled as she tilted her head to have to peer up at him. Good lord the boy was huge! But then again, most soquili where larger than the dainty arab mare, a fact many of them seemed to like.
