Do I have to have a Pokémon to role-play here?
Nope, you are allowed to come here and role-play with others, even if you have no Pokémon.
Will I get special rewards for role-playing?
I do have a few "plans" in store for dedicated role-players...
Will my Pokémon evolve if I role-play enough?
If you stick around, make a few posts, then your Pokémon should evolve. I cannot give a exact timeline on this, however.
What if I don't want my Pokémon to evolve, but I still want to role-play?
All you need then is a ever stone, which can be purchased at the poke’ mart
Do I have to get a HM before my charizard can fly me across the country/ lapras carry me across the seas?

Can I rp myself catching wild Pokémon and keeping them?
Unless you have actually purchased or received those Pokémon, you cannot "catch and keep" the Pokémon you find in your own rp's. Though there is nothing wrong with interacting with wild Pokémon or battling them.
Can I make a journal if I don't have a Pokémon?

Can Pokémon die/be killed? Can I RP myself killing Pokémon?
If anyone has read the Pokémon special manga, then you'll be amazed that alot of Pokémon are killed off. However, I'm going to state here that "viewer discretion is advised", which means that the role-players that intend to have role-plays that are going to be more violent than the rest must state so in the first post to warn others. This does not mean that you can kill other peoples Pokémon, and I'll be giving out harsh punishments to people that break these rules.
Can my RP character be a elf/dragon/fairy/have special powers/etc?
as long as your character isn't participating in gym battles or blowing up team rockets hideout with a single blast, your character can be another species. Just keep things subtle.
How should I rp Psychic Pokémon?
Psychic Pokémon cannot read minds in this game, as it would be somewhat godmodding to know everything your opponent is going to do. They can still lift up objects with their minds, and other people or Pokémon, with their express permission.
Can I understand what my pokemon is saying?
Some trainers are able to understand their pokemon, while others can't, so I'll leave that up to each player.
Hey hold on! Why can't I roleplay my pokemon using bite on someone! it's got sharp teeth!
This is where I'm hoping common sense will prevail. If your pokemon is trying to bite another pokemon in a pokemon battle, when it can't learn that attack, that’s against the rules and considered godmodding. If your pokemon is just biting or scratching in anything other than pokemon battles or catching other wild pokemon, then thats fine. Common sense guys, please.

I have a roleplay idea! I want to make my character go on a huge journey and meet up with a celebi and then it gets turned into a pikachu! Can I can I?
If you want to have some roleplay events of your own, or make your character doing something out of the ordinary, I don't have any qualms about it as long as it's within the rules set and not disrupting any other roleplays, including meta and plot roleplays. In those cases, you need to contact me first to get my permission. Depending on whats happening with the shop at the time I may yay or nay it.
