1. Please put your pet on your own server, or on a free site, do not directly link from me! Once your pet is up please notify me sothat I can free up my bandwidth.
2. No stealing, altering, or claiming these as your own.
3. No harrassing people or bothering people.
4 Respect everyone, treat others how you want to be treated. If you missed out on a sale, don't worry there will be more.
5. You have one week from the day I put your Mal'sin up in the pickup section to get them on your own page or server. Please PM me with all the information, such as the link to where your critter is, or even just PM me so I can see that it is in your sig. All Mal'sin not claimed within one week will be taken back and resold.
6. No reselling your pet without epress written permission from me.
7. Do not give away your Mal'sin, unless it was intended as a gift int he first place. In which case when you PM me the information, you must include the name of the person whom the Mal'sin is to go to.
8. Do not alter your pets graphic in any way.
9 Roleplay is welcomed and encouraged. Eventually there will be a Mal'sin Specific thread to Role play in.
10. No Emo Crap please... Keep the drama out, I don't need it, nor do I want it around.
11. PM me if there is a problem, don't worry I don't bite.
12. All pets must be payed for in full before you are allowed to take them. All customs must be payed in full before I will even start them. So if you don't have the gold, don't ask to buy, simple.
13. One per person per sale.
14. I do not put any holds on Flat sales or Custom spots. First come First serve.
15. Please avoid killing off your pet, if I find anyone doing this, they are automaticallyon the ban list and their pet is resold.
16. If you can't get your mal'sin up within a week you better have a really good reason, as we do not offer refunds. The most we will refund is 1/3rd of the price you payed for it, and that is only on very special occations, so make sure you are committed before you buy!
17. When bidding, or purchasing a Mal'sin, anyone caught editing their posts will be put on the blacklist, no exceptions!
Note: We will accept items as payment, depending on the ease of sale and price of the item, please make sure to tell us what items you are willing to give before we will accept your offer. We go by Mid Lucky Devil pricing.
More Rules will be added beneath this for Role Play and Showing, as well as Kennels.

Here are the rules for Role Playing you Mal'sin, which are fairly obvious in most cases.
1. No God-Moding in any form. Everyone can be hit, touched, as well as not everyone can dodge everything.
2. No killing your Mal'sin off. If you really don't want your Mal'sin we can find someone who does. You will not get a refund, and your Mal'sin will be taken from you if you are caught doing this.
3. Do not post actions for other people. Eg. "Nan moves towards Yasanaki, her teeth bared, She lunges forwards, biting him hard on the neck. He screams in pain and falls in her jaws." <--- This = Bad and NO NO!
4. Please mark all RP topics as Open or Closed. Open meaning that it is free for all. Closed meaning that it is limited to one or two people, or a small group of select people.
5. Do not post in other people's journal entries, any posts you make will be deleted.
6. Treat everyone fairly, even if they are the super Newbie, everyone started somewhere. Just give them advice on how to improve their skills, and leave it at that. If you have a problem with them, avoid them and ignore them - Problem Solved. -
