I saw a rainbow the other day after we had a rainy day and I gave me a peace of mind of God's promises.

I wonder if anyone can look up some of the promises that God has made in the Bible and post them so we can share and praise the Lord for all the promises He has made for us thru His Word..

im not sure exactly where it is found right now for its late, but one promise that I would claim is when Jesus says he would never leave nor forsake me, for that tells me that God will always be there for me no matter what.

Thats Hebrews 13:5...Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.

Another promise that I feel God has made is the one that He never changes...Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and for ever. Hebrews 13:8

For those that are under alot of trials and just dont know what to do...Matthew 11:28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest....that shows me that God might give me rest or help me but that He WILL give me rest and be there for me during those trying times.

well im not an expert of the bible.... but i no he promises us everlasting life in heaven only if we belive in him and belive that jesus really died for our sin and rose agian on the 3rd day
