Reworking my character! My rocket grunt from Pokemon Red, ufufu.

Build: Lean and slightly muscled.

Hair Color/Style: Short, black, and messily spiked, his hair curls gently at the nape of his neck and does its own thing. He doesn't even try to tame it. He also has a small, black goatee.
Eye Color: Very dark brown. He usually covers them with a pair of shades, which are almost always purple.
Skin Tone: A healthy, peachy tone.
Clothing: Mr. Kim is careful to adhere to the specified Rocket clothing, but, as is the case with most, is able to change it up as he pleases. He enjoys trendy clothing and looking snappy, and so makes it a point to add flare where he can. He never goes overboard, though.

Occupation: Rocket Grunt; specifically, he is often assigned to head missions that involve theft of some sort, as lock-picking and overall brutality are his specialties.

History: Nothing is known about Mr. Kim's life before he came to work for Team Rocket. He never speaks of it, and people have generally learned to stop asking - not that he would respond coldly. Usually, he'll find a creative way to dodge the question, and the topic will be dropped.
