Ingredients:
1 (9-inch) pie crust 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened 1 (14-ounce) Sweetened condensed milk(NOT evaporated) 1/3 cup lemon juice 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 (21-ounce) can of your choice of fruity topping(The recipe says cherries, but my mom uses Pineapple, the Pineapple goes with the recipe better)
Instructions:
In a large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla extract. Pour into prepared crust. Chill for 3 hours or until set. Top with desired amount of canned fruit before serving.

Is this kinda' like a Cheesecake?
It sounds really good and I might try it. But I might put strawberries on it.

Yeah, it's like a cheese cake. Only it's softer. And lemony-ier....
