i think they should make a oblivion style game but more modern, like not medeival but more 18th or 19th century, but still have magic and mithical races, like do the same map as oblivion but a 1000 years later, see how everythings changed, like the same buildings you go to in oblivion are ruins

but exactly the map of oblivion and a history of oblivion and you start out as desendent of the person in oblivion that u played, like transfer memory from ur oblivion to the new one, so you look like ur oblivion character and you hear tales of the characters adventures

Hm... I like the idea but I dunno. It seems highly improbable to me. Bethesda would more likely do a game in a different region, probably a fifty-some years ahead of Oblivion's line.

Isis of the Crows -The Insane Faerie- They have, it's called Fallout 3. Not really. Fallout 3 is set way in the future not 18th or 19th century. But yes I suppose it is also just Oblivion with guns in many ways. I just started playing it and I can't find my way out of the ******** vault.

Come on, when a 2008 game have constant instances where you get stuck in scenery, the AI is a piece of crap, the textures are even uglier than my dinner after I shat it out. Seriously. Don't even get me started on Liberty Prime. But to the original post, it might be pretty cool. NEED MOAR GUNPOWDER

i think it is a good concept but i just don't think it would have the same Elder Scrolls feel to it, you know what i mean? it wouldnt be the same...

I think they should go BACK in time....Like at the time of the Aylieds and such. That'd be a cool bonus. OR getting and expansion for Summerset Isle.
Fallout 3 is a piece of crap. I played until I came out of the vault then I got bored as shat. It moved extremely slow, half the monsters you see are levels above you or when you find them you just so happen to NOT have any ammo for the gun that you are useing and only have a piece of wood....it sucks >.>

me and my friend are constantly wishing that we had other races like kajiits and argonians and elves and dwarves and if they had a game like that id love it cuz itd be pretty much like that biggrin xd

I don't think that's a good idea.
If they made a modern Oblivion they would probably strip it of magic and all the fantasy races, cause I think that those futuristic games are more related to humans with modern technology.
And that's pretty much what Fallout 3 is.
