Ok, so this wasn't exactly how she saw her life advancing when she and her siblings we're romping around as childern. It wasn't as if, she planned to get out there and...whatever she was doing. She guessed the best word for it was a fling. And Tyzaeph, her big-mouthed herd-mate, had let that slip to her older sister, who inturn, she guessed, let it slip to her papa.
Crap. She was in for it now.
As if her human hadn't given her hell enough, she got to hear it from her family too. Ty had given her a 'talk' (That was embarrasing...) about how she was an adult and whatever she did was her business.
How long had Ty known her family again?

"Well of course I told daddy!" Kaishara was muttering as she landed, her wings making a loud 'woosh!' sound to indicate her displeasure. "How could I not!? HOW COULD YOU EXPECT TO KEEP IT FROM HIM?" She stalked a tight circle and folded her wings. "We love you, Ciel! We don't want you hurt! How come you didn't tell me? Does Masque even know?" There was every chance she did... Out of Aureate's foals, Masque was the quietest... If anyone could keep a secret about anything.... Hearing her sire's wings overhead, Kaishara winced.
How long? Too long... That young stallion had known Aureate and the family for FAR too long to even CONSIDER such a stunt. He should have approached the Phantom of the Golden Rose the INSTANT he had even a WHISPER of such madness. How had he not approached the young stallion and at least suggested the honorable thing to do would have been to approach Canci's father -I.E. HIM- about such an important... The wind stallion snorted in rage and dropped out of the sky right after his daughter. His usually laughing blue eyes were hard. "You first, YoungLady... Then Tyzaeph, and then your young stallion. I am not pleased with any of you."

Chaci huffed, stomping her hoof. "Damn it Ty! How could you tell her!" The cream coated mare snapped her head toward her sister. "How could I not tell you?! THIS IS WHY! I know what I'm doing, and I want to do it. I told Masque because I knew she'd keep this quiet!"
Her ice blue eyes narrowed at her father. He couldn't tell her what to do. Not anymore. "Leave Ty and Kama out of this, father." She paused, glaring at Ty.
"I'm an adult. I can do whatever the hell I want, when I want to do it!" Ty bit back a whimper. His a** was grass. It had actually slipped when he was chatting with Kai, talking about Treasure and such. Before he knew what he'd done, Chaci was ripping him a new one, and the stallion who'd been like a second father was going to kill him.
Great.
In all the years he'd know Chaci, 2 things we're for sure.
1) Aur was always 'Papa' no matter what. 2) Cursing, no sir.
She'd just broken both in the span of 5 minutes. Damn, she was NOT a happy camper.
"...She didn't tell me! I...," He coughed, glancing away, "found out for my self..."
Whoops...Poor Kama...didn't know what pandora's box he opened.

"He's always told me whatever I wanted to know." Kaishara rolled her eyes. "Hell-O! He's been my best friend since the history of FOREVER!" She whipped around on the alicorn, pale eyes nearly white with rage. "AND YOU, YOU IDIOT! WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME THE MINUTE YOU EVEN SUSPECTED? WHY LET IT GO THIS FAR?"
Aureate pinned his ears. "Watch your tone and tongue, young lady... Or I might just make sure you never see this "Kama" again. Don't curse, and if you want to be a grownup, act like one. Start by talking to your family instead of sneaking around like a love-sick teen... You should have come to me and your MOTHER -who we'll get to in a moment- and said there was someone special... You should have TALKED to us and proved we could trust you rather than sneaking around and doing the opposite."

Ohhh boy. Its was going to blow up like an a-bomb. Biiiiig Time. Ty winced, shrinking away from Kai. "I didn't know until a few days ago! And its her decision to tell you all, not mine." Ty clamed up, watching Chaci and her father.
Chaci's head whipped back toward her sister. "Your MY sister! Your susposed to keep MY secrets!" Tears welled up, blue eyes betraying her hurt and anger. "No. I won't father. You stay away from Kama. He has nothing to do with this! Go ahead and tell Mama! I know she won't come in here screaming at me!" Her eyes narrowed, tears drying up when she glared at her father. "I'm not sneaking around! My herd knows, as does Kassie, and none of them care! Its a fling! GET OVER IT!"
Ty winced. Ohhh lord...it was hitting the fan in a big way today.

"Days ago? That's long before I knew you big WIMP!" Kaishara muttered, stomping a dainty foreleg to emphasize her words. "If you had let me know, perhaps I could have gone to her first rather than father!" Oh heavens, what did it matter? Aureate was here now, and very, very displeased was he. "I would have if I thought for a moment you hadn't already done something to ruin your life!" Kai threw back. "I only ever want to protect you!" Her voice died as tears welled up, spilling down her lovely cheeks.
"You will keep a civil tongue in your head." Aureate rumbled, wings flared in anger. "I do not care WHAT you THINK, you ARE my Daughter and you will be RESPECTFUL. I have not YET forbid you from your dear one, but there is going to be a talk regardless. Let it be now, and let it be polite. You are sneaking around, when you chose to go off with a stallion and not tell your mother or myself, you were sneaking. Fallen Stars, Chaci! What if something BAD happened to you? What would we have done? We NEVER would have known the whole story! Don't you know how much that TERRIFIES me?" He paced a large circle, snapping his tail about and shaking his head. It took several moments for him to return to a facade of calmness. "Chaci, Princess, you are my beloved daughter. I worry for you, and your sisters, every moment of the day... Stars above, I prayed for sons because I knew I would not be so fearful of them.. But you are here with me, Dearheart, and I will do all in my power to see to it that NOTHING bad happens to you... But in order to do so, I need to trust you, and so at times must you trust me..."
"Papa just wants the best, Chaci... We all just want the best..." Masque appeared at the edge of the family chaos, peeking shyly out of the trees. She was never one for long speeches, but could not let her family rage. "We should have told him... But he's not mad at you Chaci, he just worries... He's scared, Papa's always been afraid for us..."

At the sound of voices raised in argument, Halia's legs stretched out into a gallop. Skidding to a halt as she neared the clump of family, she nuzzled Aureate lightly before snorting at the rest. "What's the meaning of this?" she demanded, gaze focusing on the obviously defensive Chaci. "We think that we can trust you, and then you pull a stunt like this?" Her ears flicked back, tail switching in irritation. "And you, Ty...hiding it from us?!"
Oh, no...momma was not happy.

Ty winced, trying to disapper in his spot. Why was HE in trouble?! Oh, the whole keeping his mouth shut thing. Chaci was getting this look on her face. She was about to burst into tears and dash off, and he'd have to chase her down again. Now that her mother was here, that was almost her most certian action. Ty dipped his head to Haila, "I am sorry ma'am...but Chaci wanted to talk to you all, and I felt it was my job to let her..."
And, as if Ty's thoughts were magic, he watched the cream coated mare dart off, tears pouring down her face.
"...Chaci..."
Kassie appered from the woods, giving the lot angry look. "Now listen here! I know you all care about her, but flipping out on her was NOT the way to handle that! Thats the baby of your family! " She shook her head, braid flopping on to her shoulder. She walked off into the woods, following Chaci's path. Ty followed behind, lowering himself so Kassie could climb on. "We're going after her...I think you all need to talk between yourselves and figure out how to handle this better. I know you want to keep her safe, but she has to make her own mistakes to learn what not to do..."
Chaci just broke down. What else could she have said? She failed them, and they thought she was an idiot. She knew she wasn't, but hearing them, and then mama...it was too much. She was never one to cry, but bawling right now just seemed like a good idea. It cemented their idea about how childish and immature she was. Proving to them she was still a child. Well, they could all go strait to...heck.
Woooo scary. Heck.
