Bump. I accidentally put another post above this one. I personally feel that V-day is a great chance to show off how socially superior and ridiculous one is. If one is serious, every day should be a valentine's day for one's partner.

That's exactly how I feel. It's really just an excuse to make money and hurt peoples' feelings. Whatever, I don't really want to turn this into a bash thread.

I don't mind Valentine's Day. I've only had one where I was actually with someone. This year I worked for eight hours, but it was nice since holidays are always busy (and I like it when the bookstore I work at is busy while I'm there! biggrin ).
