If anything that could eventually form into a human after time deserves a chance at life, then we must pass a "No Sperm/Egg Left Behind" bill. Think of the billions of sperm and eggs who will never get a chance to be fertilized, then become an embryo, a fetus, and then a person! By the law, men who masturbate and women who have their periods would be punished for taking away the sperm/egg's chance at life!

I'm just saying, it's kind of annoying when people say we shouldn't terminate it simply because it has the chance to become a full grown, sentient person. If we go by that logic, we would have to preserve every sperm and egg so eventually they could be put together in an artificial female reproductive system so they could be born.

Good point. When it's possible to clone humans we'll have to save every piece of human DNA that comes off.

Yeah, that bugs me. Assuming the soul exists (I believe it does, but I'm not going to go around claiming it exists since I have no proof), it would just as easily exist in a clone. Just because they were made a different way, doesn't mean they don't have a mind or feelings. It's kind of annoying how people say they would clone themselves several times to make an army, but a clone isn't a biological robot. It has it's own mind...

As for cloning parts of human DNA, imagine how many unborn babies I'm throwing away when I clean out my hair brush!
