I must say, though it's cool to see the boys in action, thier english voice actors are so annoying-sounding that I find the manga much more appealing. Not to mention the author's beautiful illistrations.

i think i like the manga more too. although i can only read it on the web and most English translations are just awful. the anime could be worse i guess. im just happy as long as i get my saiyuki 3nodding

For the first season, the english voice actors fit the characters so well. Downhill from there though for the anime.
I prefer the manga after the first season

i must say the anime. one, because its aewsome, hands down. and two, after the first season in the anime ADV no longer held the contract and so the voice actors changed... and the replacement artists and voice actors simly cannot compare to the ADV crew. but you have to admit that the first season is very funny... sweatdrop

I would have to say that i like both the manga and the 1st season but after that if i want to watch the anime i rather listen to it in japanese or read the manga.
