...that you just keep listening to, over and over and over after youve first heard it? Like, because its so freakin addicting and awesome?

Well right now, seems that album for me would be The Odyssey by Symphony X...I just listen to it once through...and then I wanna start it over...and over...I dunno I just cant get enough!
But dont worry, I still play my Dream Theater stuff damn often too... 3nodding 3nodding

Rush - A Farewell to Kings.

Elements of Persuasion took a looong time to find its way out of my CD player, too.

Currently I just can't stop listening to Midnattsol- Where Twilight Dwells. I'm in freaking love with the album.

I generally tend to listen to albums over and over again and then move on to another one, so i could say most of the cd's i own. There were a few i played repeatedly for weeks though.
The Rasmus, Dead Letters
Iron Maiden, Dance of Death
Meat Loaf, Back into Hell
and the second half of Six Degrees of Inner Turbulence.

Yeah, it took my awhile to get over that one, once I got it. I listened to it straight through for a very long time.

The first CD that I encountered that made me feel like this was Jagged Little Pill by Alanis Morisette. I knew every song and every harmony on that album. heart

That happened to me with The Puppet Master by King Diamond for the longest time, it always went with me wherever I went. It's just such a great album, one that keeps true to its roots, but also adds new elements to it.

Right now, it's Consign to Oblivion by Epica.

The first one I did that to was Images and Words.... when I was 6. So in other words, I've been listening to Dream Theater CDS over and over and over and over...

Right now its the new Slipknot CD-All Hope is Gone.

Mindflow's Mind Over Body was like that, when I first heard it. Hell, the first day I downloaded it I listened to the thing three times, back to back. It's the longest single-disc album I've heard to date, 79 minutes and 55 seconds of one of the most expertly put-together Progressive Metal albums I've ever had the privilege of listening to.
