Hey, this is a sequel to a role play that Doki and I did in the main forums. It died because some losers quit Gaia and left us hanging. We tried to reinstate it, but it got hidden in the hustle and bustle of the forums. So now we're bringing it to you! Here's the link to Modern Gifted 1, in case you want to read it:

YOU NO LONGER NEED TO READ MODERN GIFTED 1. We are reducing the number of roles available from 40 to 25: there will be ten people at most in each clan and 5 in the government. (You'll find out what I'm talking about in a moment).
This roleplay is mostly action, with a little romance thrown in once in a while if you want.

Summary for Modern Gifted:
Setting: North America year 2013.
The war between the sun and the moon could only spell destruction for the universe. Wanting to save their loved creation, the two decided that instead of fighting their won war, they would each choose one human and teach him or her their fifteen powers. Then the sun and the moon both told their student that if they killed the others student they would be granted their greatest desire. The sun’s choice was a woman named Amaterasu and the moons choice was a man by the name of Tsukiyome. The two humans were on even ground and they eventually died of natural causes. However before they left both Amaterasu and Tsukiyomi had many children, in whom which they gifts were divided.
The fight continued over hundreds of years and generations and soon two clans were formed the Amaterasu clan and the Tsukiyome clans each always holding exactly 10 members.
Over the past thousand years the two clans have warred in secret all over the globe, producing no true winners. The descendants of the Amaterasu and Tsukiyome are only very loosely related. While the clans themselves keep intact many members have decided to live normal lives. It in now the year 2013 and both clans have decided to finish the war for good; even of they destroy the world in the process. Each clan has sent out letters to each of its gifted members all over the world, summoning them to North America.
Having caught wind of their plan the Government has created a new clan, Susano. Susano has to purposes, preventing the warring clans from harming the public, and killing any gifted person who does not serve the Government. Susano is a group of skilled government agents; descendants of both the Amaterasu and Tsukiyome clans who wish to stop the war.
Summary for Modern Gifted 2:
North America Year 2014
The war between Amaterasu and Tsukiyome rages on. Many members of each clan and the government have been killed, forcing new commanders to take the places of the deceased. Battles are occuring on a daily basis, both in public and private. However, an eclipse approaches, and as the sun and moon meet, a new enemy is born. Will Amaterasu, Tsukiyome, and Susano work together to stop this newfound threat, or will they remain rivals in spite of it all? The answer to this question could determine the fate of the Earth...

As you know there are only 25 total available power spots, please do not copy other peoples powers. Also try to use common sense when choosing your clan (Fire with Amaterasu (the sun clan) etc). Also if you choose to be Susano clan please tell me which clan your power comes from (if you have a power).

Username: Hikari No Tamashii
Character name: Somnifera

Gender: Female
Sexuality: Straight, no companion
Appearance:Beautiful, but cold. In this pic, the moonlight is bleaching her appearance, but she actually has silvery-purple eyes and hair. 
Personality: Very regal in appearance and bearing, but is often described as "cold". She dislikes being around other people, but likes to display her high level of power and intelligence.
History: She once acted the part of a "normal" high school girl. However, she soon got tired of the other students, and of doing supposedly advanced work that was too easy for her. She does not like to be confined or in one place to long, so she often caused blackouts at her school so she could get out early. One day, she became so enraged at her mundane life that she went on a rampage, killing 725 students at her school. She joined the clan of Tsukiyomi, but purely for informational reasons- she does not like to be kept out of the loop.

Personality: a bit anti social but dosn't mind large groups
History/Bio: She was born in france, but is very Fluent in english. She really dosent like people and trys to keep away from them but she doesn't mind large crowds when she isn't being singled out. Her Homicidal Tendencies my stem from the fact that she had a rather disfunctional family life. She killed her Parents and her two younger siblings in a fit of rage, there by discovering her powers, she also dosent like being trapped, bot she rather enjoys blood and talking in third person.
