Abilities:
Healing - Joseph possesses the ability to not only increase his rate of recovery, but also anyone that comes in contact with his skin. When he touches anothers wound, a few of his bodies cells, which move a lot faster than that of most humans, interact with the cells of the injury, creating an event of rapid healing. Despite the rapid speed of his cells, his aging remains normal.
Power Enhancement - A technique he picked up from his master. It concentrates the energy of the users prefered element(s), forming an aura around the users body. When a certain chant is recited, the aura is pulled into the body, increasing body texture, bone stature, skin thickness and brain cell movement. Basically, the skin becomes harder to peirce, bones become harder to break, speed increases exponetially and the user begins to think at a more rapid pace, decifering various puzzles at an incredable rate. Requires some knowledge with the Elvish language, results depend on user.
Provoke Darkside - The ability to tap into a distance corner of his mentallity, revealing a darker, stronger and more violent soul from within.
Elemental Manipulation - Josephs' prefered element is Fire, But he can also manipulate the properties of Temprature and Water, using the product, Ice, to his advantage. He has the ability to ignite a flame from thin air with the snap of a finger, and can draw various water particles together using his mind. The temprature manipulation comes the same way to him, a sort of psychic talent, one would say.
Telepathy - Joseph was born with the ability to send and recieve mental preceptions. Although this talent is still untrained to him, he can freely send messages to his master, Diablo Darkfire. The ability comes when it is not neccesary, in some cases.
Biography: Joseph spent the first 5 years of his life under the care of his parents, but on his 5th birthday, his parents were slain by a Task Force of Bounty Hunters, known simply as 'The Hunters'. He was taken away from his village on that day, by his 'god-father', as a direct order from his father.
At a very young age, he had shown various signs of elemental alignment and psychic ability. Also, speech had came rather freely to him. At the mere age of 3, he was having full on and deep conversations with his master about various topics.
His mother was a Sorcerer, she had experience with the study of magic and elemental tributes, she was an Elementalist of great skill. His father was an Assassin, who worked along side with his partner, an all-work-no-play elder elf, Diablo Darkfire. He was very gallant, and very skilled with the giant sword he wielded. Together they killed many. It was obvious where Josephs' elemental skill orignated from, and tragic that he met the same dark fate as his father.
He trained for 12 years, and to this day is still in training, despite the serveral skills he has obtained. Joseph, altough very skilled and very powerful, tends to be a reckless fighter, sometimes making ametuer mistakes, and is often dealt near fatal damage(Although it really doesn't matter, since he can simpley heal himself).
His fighting style basically revolves around trying to make contact with his mighty blade. He likes to use a variety of ways to achieve this goal, such as inhuman speed or elemental techneiques, but ultimatly, his sword was his main concern. If he were ever to become disarmed, he was trained in various way to disorient his enemy in several ways, just long enough to retreive his weapon.
He weilds a giant two-hander sword, custom built by his father, who had little smithing skills. It was his fathers, first, last and best product. It was engraved with his fathers symbol, the symbol of his family, the symbol that simplely told adversaries who he was. It was also used as a calling card, on occasion engraved on deceased opponents skulls after battle. This same symbol is tatooed atop his left hand, although it is most often covered by the thick gloves he wears.
The large blade was recently damaged and completely destroyed. Joseph took the old peices of the shattered steel and resmelded a new blade, using stronger materials in the compound. The over-all shape and size of the blade changed. Due to the new materials, it is also significantly heavier. Due to this, Joseph also weilds a smaller, much lighter blade for quick combat.
His personality is mainly shy and very stuborn. Over the years he has developed a way to hide his true feelings. Most of the time, he presents himself as calm, collected, and tolerant. However, tolerance may be the only trait he truely possesses. Although shy, he tends to talk to new people, to prevent the image of rudeness. His inner thoughts are ussually the complete opposite of his outward behavior.
He also currently houses a deep secret. The soul of a reincarnated Cat Demon, lives dormant inside his body. Although he does not yet know it, this demon watches over him and protects him. Also, unbeknowest to him, he is the reincaration of one of his great ancestors, who inherited several elemental properties from elemental creatures, over a century ago.
