Guild Feedback:
Have you got an idea or a suggestion to improve the guild? If so feel free to share it here. Don't like something the guild has done recently? Voice that too! Constructive feedback and innovative suggestions are always welcome! If it is do-able we will try and do it! Please try to stay on topic here though and don't be afraid to suggest stuff no matter how old or new you are to the guild. Every change made in the guild started with an idea and a user debate! What would you guys like to see? The guild will always change to suit the needs and wishes of its members so please post your feedback in here.

I'm the type of person who always got more than enough to do online, BG in particular drains alot of my time but I always read the announcements. (even though small black text is hard to work through) Keep reminding me about guild activities and I'll stop by when I got the time. ^^

I believe it's one of those things where people are simply spreading themselves way too thin. This isn't just guild related, but the whole Gaia user base as well. Some of the main forums I go to isn't as active as they once were, and a lot of the guilds I'm in hardly have much activity (which get new posts probably every other day, no more than 5 active threads even).
Sure, I'll be checking in on the guild every now and then, but I don't really have the time dedicated in discussions. I could give my 2 cents here and there, but that's pretty much it. What little free time I do get is split between surfing multiple websites and catching up on things.
Nothing's wrong with how the guild's being handled itself, it's more like the lack of activity and unfamiliar faces, which may cause people not to see any reason to stay/be-active, especially when there are other guilds out there who can provide the same options (you know?).

Nights-Rune Okies that is understandable. So what would you busy people like the most? Want the Guild to do / Have? etc I am really unsure myself. What were people expecting from the guild when they first heard of it? If there's anything that might get me posting, it would be topics about Vocaloid, Animal Crossing, Harvest Moon, and maybe some dating games out there too. They're pretty much what I only look up on online these days. The rest of my time is spent relaxing on Gaia, or playing them games, or just rest in the house, lol. Just decided that the Guild's theme shouldn't matter so much anymore, since Gaia's plot/etc isn't even have its own value as much (compared to the past that is, and everyone's just plain ol' getting hit with irl).

It's kind of like having a base, no need to look for the right place to post every time I come around.

This communities goals is to be as inclusive as possible. *ponders for a long while* I was thinking the same way too, but it's hard to see the value behind it when there isn't really any conflict going on that'll warrant it. Well, at least not fast enough for this time and age (those who "doesn't like to wait" mentality). I mean, it is rather easy for people to accept one another on this website. Gaia website pretty much drills that stuff into our heads about it (so is irl), but there's really nothing else beyond that, other than hanging out with one another by sharing interests and the like. We can hang around and share our interests, but many of the interests aren't shared by many others, it seems. Talking about Gaia in general is pretty short lived too. --- I gotta prepare for work. If I get some sort of idea, I'll post it later in the day. If I don't, then sorry for not having much help. sweatdrop

I'd love to be more active, but RL kept me quite busy lately. Whenever I have time for Gaia, I'm usually occupied with E-Corp business, it's not like this guild doesn't have enough to offer.

What about a hangout thread that contains the meat of all the announcements, plus an initial intro to the forums? I like the idea of a central starting point, and have also noticed that if you don't sign in for a while, you do miss important announcements. Maybe a weekly update or at least monthly, if it's too much to post the meat of all announcements, or if it is repetitive.

I shall work on like a help desk type thread and a MAIN chat thread with contests and the like. Give me a bit for planning and implementation but expect it in the near future!
