Due to recent thoughts done on my free time. ((AKA my cousin made me get off her high-speed connection so she could do her college courses stressed )) I came to think of the Shinigami's shunpo and the Arrancar's sonido. After a few minutes of thinking and to stick with the Italian theme I have thought of two techniques for the L'Anima: Passo and Corere.

Passo (Literally "step"): The equivalent of a shunpo for L'Anima. While using this technique the L'Anima appears as if they have only taken 1 step. This is reserved to the stronger L'Anima; Although it could be tracked easily by a lieutenant class reaper.

Corere (Literally "run"): While not as fast as Passo it is easier to use, so it is able to be used by lower class L'Anima that retained their shape. While using Corere the L'Anima can be seen but they are just running very quickly. While they are like this their reflexes are heightened and can dodge attacks more easily.
