With Dead Rising for Wii is coming out, it should have a multiplayer-like online. And with the story, you can make your own character.
(just wait for the Sex-Box to steal my idea)

Rakuga Kids would be a welcome addition to the selection of N64 titles...
And may some of the Tales of games we've missed out on should be ported.
