The sun finally reached it's peak. Even through the cold air the sun felt hot. The one thing the sun has going for it is it's eat. Whether it's winter or summer the sun will always try to make the inhabitants before hot.. which isn't always a good thing in some cases. Or.. in this case. Because the heat is not very favorable to Klei he moaned as he felt the heat break through the winter air.
"Mmm... might as well attempt to get out of this heat..." Klei moaned, dragging himself to move from his spot. With much internal debate Klei finally picked up speed to a gallop. He ran from the river side he was originally near out into a meadow. He didn't quite have a destination yet but he wanted to find someplace shady, without going into the forest. The shrubs and other plant life that would probably be found there would make him itch.
He did eventually find a large tree at the far side of the meadow he was at. It was so large that it shaded a large area on the ground. Finally having a destination he made his way over to the tree and slowed to a trot. He circled around the trunk of the tree until he found the spot he wanted to lay down on. Finding the perfect shady spot Klei layed himself down and glanced around the surrounding area. Being out of the hot sun on this chilly day felt really nice.

Zeke's dark coat absorbed the heat of the sun's rays, while the wind skimming over and around his body cooled him at the same time. It was a really nice contrast, and the dark stallion enjoyed the breeze while he coasted on the winds. He loved the feel of the wind beneath his wings, soaring over the land with nothing but air to hold him up. His mane streamed out behind him as he lazily flapped his wings every once in a while, riding the thermals for the least amount of effort. For once, Zeke had nothing to do and nothing to strive for. He was currently roaming aimlessly, looking for something that sparked his interest and that might inspire his next adventure.
Everything was so quiet, though, and the young stallion didn't think that anything interesting would be happening anytime soon. Sighing, he decided to land and relax a bit. Maybe if he sat still for a moment he would think of something to do! Glancing around, Zeke finally spotted a large old tree. That could make a fine place to sit and think. He dipped his wings, circled once, and finally made a quick landing. It was not the most elegant of landings, however, for Zeke came down a bit harder than he had planned. He was forced to prance forward a few steps, which brought him right underneath the tree.
Suddenly he spotted a large, dark form under the tree. Zeke let out a shout of surprise and veered off as sharply as he could, but he was only partially successful. He managed to keep from running over whatever was sitting underneath the tree, but not without first covering it in a spray of snow. The wind stallion turned quickly and swung around to see what he had almost collided with. To his shock, the dark form turned out to be another stallion!
Uh oh. This couldn't be good. Zeke lowered his head sheepishly and shuffled his hooves. "Um...oops?"
