Erith walked cautiously at the edge of the Crystal forest, a bag slung over his shoulder. 'Man I'm bored' he thought threw the bag down carelessly at the foot of a large white barked tree. He growled as he ran a hand through his hair and flopped down on the ground next to the tree, and started digging around in his bag, trying to find something to occupied his time with.

Mise giggled happily and played in the forest just afew feet away from the edge of the forest, sitting behind a large tree making different animal sounds and playing with the snapping twigs and crinkling leaves. The child stuck out like a sore thumb among the white bark.

As he rummaged through his bag half haphazardly, he heard the sounds of twigs being broke not to far off. Listening closely he heard odd animals sounds coming from the direction of the snapping sounds. Curiously, he stood up, manually picking up his bag again. He weaved quietly through trees further down the edge of the forest, not stepping on on any leaves or twigs, and staying as hidden as best as he could amongst the trees.
Not long the snapping sound grew louder, and that was when he saw a small figure sitting behind one of the white bark trees. He cautiously moved closer, wanting a better look. That's when it happened he stepped on small branch, which made a loud snap.

The small child was blissfully unaware of someone approaching where she sat and played, that was until the loud snap happened that wasn't caused by the child. She looked up and looked around quickly till she spotted a bright color which made the child squeak in surprise, pushing herself up and wobbled she moved to the other side of the tree as fast as her stubby legs could carry her.

Erith watched frozen as the small figure move on unstable feet to hid behind the tree even more. After a moment he straitened up and calmed himself, with a sigh. "Hello?" he said in the quietest calm voice he could manage. "I'm sorry for scaring you," he said kneeling down as he watched where he saw, what he could tell was a child, disappeared to. "Are you ok?" he asked steadied himself with one hand and used the other to run through his long bangs.

Mise pulled herself away from the tree peeking around the side of the tree she smiled when the figure didn't seem to have ill intentions. Pushing out completely from behind the tree, the child walked over to male figure, smiling when she came to stand near him wrapping her arms around one of his.
"Mise is good, new friend for Mise?" The child question hyper-like.

Erith was amazed at the little girl, he'd never seen a child so boldly come up to him like she did. "That's good, ah, Mise is it?" he smiled nervously down at the child. "I can be your new friend if you want me to," he paused, to take a quick glance around his surrounding. "Are you out here a lone, little miss?"

The child let go of the males arm and sat down upon the grassy foliage, and scratched her head slightly and looked around lazily.
"Good Mise always want new friends" Bringing a hand to her face she looked around again before she nodded "Yes Mise, always play here by self".

"I see," Erith smiled, "It must be lonely playing alone though." He let himself finish falling to the ground with a soft thud, so he could sit. "What kind of things do you play while you're here?" he asked the little girl curiously.

Bringing a finger to her lip the child thought about what the male had spoken to her, before fidgeting with the end of her dress.
"Umm.. Mise, isn't always alone. Mother comes and plays with me when not working. But Mise is super good at Hide and seek, and making animal sounds"
The small child spoke with pride over her small accomplishments and clasped her hands together happily.

He gave a small chuckle, "I see, thats cool you're good at hid and seek, though I doubt I'd be able to find you, since I'm not from around here," he scratched his head with an nervous laugh.

"What kind of games is Mister good at?" Mise asked politely yet almost estacticly at the idea she will have someone to play with.

Erith thought for a moment "I wonder what kind of games I'm good at..." he suddenly remembered something and started digging through his bag that he'd pretty much forgotten about. After a few seconds he pulled out black ball with pink harts, that was a little bigger than a baseball out. "When I was your age I loved playing catch with my father," he smiled, turning the ball over in his hands.

The child giggled as soon as she saw the ball "Looks like mommy" She went over to the male and tugged on his arm "We play catch on other side of tree, bigger play area" The child spoke as she tugged on his arm again.

Erith laughed as he stood up slowly, snatching up his bag as he did so "Ok, ok," he laughed "you lead Mise, and I'll fallow." He couldn't get over how amazing the little girl was.
