Yosh~! for this roleplay, the setting will be Silent Ocean Academy.

Silent Ocean Academy is a special school for 'gifted' children. By that, I mean aliens, witches, weapon specialists, ninjas etc, etc, etc.

It is a boarding school, and serves as elementary school - college.

In this RP, you can have any position you want (dean, teacher, student, etc.) and can be in any grade that you want.

Rules:

You must have an RP character with special traits or skills
Nothing over PG- 13, for the discretion of other RPers
You can have yaoi, yuri, hetero AS LONG as there is nothing over PG-13
You can write fluff about your character
Your character can fall in love with another role player's character
You can make fake characters (NPCs)
You can only make one character.

((I'm so sorry this is like hours later than I said I'd post. At first I wondered whether or not you were posting first, and then a bunch of things came up at once. I hope you like it.))

Raven Wentworth took small steps through the arched hallways of Silent Ocean Academy. Her pale wrapped were wrapped snugly around her, a small bear peaking out through them. She had taken the train here with her mother, who refused to let her leave her seat. The ride had been agony. Every time she tried to shift to get comfortable, the movement only served more pain. She had sat obediently beside her mother as she went over the paperwork with an office assistant, tears starting to form in her eyes. The woman had given her a kind smile, mistaking her tears for missing her family, and told her she'd adjust, before guiding her to the halls.

"Twenty-seven. Room number 27." She whispered under her breath, her eyes darting along the walls, trying to see the numbers between the other students. There were so many of them. She wasn't sure if there were as many in her old school, they had learned to avoid her, to ignore her. They had finally learned. No longer were they teasing her for being silent. Why? Why was she here? She accepted her life; she didn't want to go through the trials the students in this school were sure to put on her. A thought flicked into her mind, to talk. She was away from her parents. How could they know? But the ache in her backside flared with every step, reminding her of their promise to visit randomly to make sure she behaved.

Still her voice itched to be used. She wasn't going to survive this new academy without it. But where? She didn't see any woods nearby on the way here. She prayed for the chance to leave the campus and explore. First though, she had to make it through the day. She hugged her bear closer to her, continuing on her search for room number 27.

As Raven walked she listened in on the other students' conversations. She had been invisible for many years, eavesdropping was second-nature to her. And she wanted to learn about this new school. It was odd, when she had tried to Google this new school, she couldn't find any information. That fact scared her. How could a school this size not be on the internet? She needed to understand the school, and none of the other students looked as confused as she felt.

Her head turned sharply, her ebony hair flaring slightly asshe did so. Her eyes widened, unsure if she had overheard correctly or not. She came to a stop without thinking, as if her body decided it wasn't going anywhere without understanding what was going on. Weapons? What was this school? What did they teach us how to kill while in gym? She couldn't hide the confusion on her face.

A cry of agony erupted from her lips as someone ran into her from behind. She stumbled forward, falling as tears filled her eyes. The unknown student had hit her backside, causing her reminder to flare up and send shooting pain through her. She fell forward, her arms coming out to catch herself. She dropped her teddy bear in the process, though that fact couldn't be realized by her pain filled mind. How could she have been so foolish. Never stop in the middle of the hall. Just because no one could see her didn't mean they couldn't hurt her. Blindly almost she reached around, patting the ground for her lost stuffed animal.

"HEY!" Hanna came rushing down the hall, Hayate's hand clutched in hers.

"WHAT IS GOING ON HERE??!?!? Its my job as co- president of the 10th grade to make sure that everything is fine. WHAT HAPPENED?!?!?!!" The other students stepped back in fear. "Hanna, calm down! Its ok, someone probably slipped and knocked her to the ground." Hanna hissed.

"iiitttsss nnnooottt oookkkk iiifff tttthhhheeeeyyyy dddiiiddd iiittt iiinnnttteeennntttiiiooonnnaaallllllyyyy"
"Just calm down." Hanna took a deep breath. "Fine."

"So what DID happen here, anyway?" Hanna saw a girl on the floor, trembling in fear. Hanna pulled out her PDA (which the science teacher had especially made for her) and searched the databases. "I see. You're Raven Wentworth. New student. Has taken a vow of silence while around others." Hanna looked sympathetically towards her.

"Actually, I'm on my way there right now.
"Oh~ I forgot introductions! I am Suzumiya Hana, female president of the 10th grade. And this is Takashi Hayate, male 10th grade president. My ability is weaponry, and his ability is science." she pointed to the messy blonde standing next to her, looking tired.

"Who are you?"

Hayate looked at him with eyes that said 'don't take my girl'. Hanna was oblivious, and started to talk about the school.

"You may not believe it from just looking at it, but this school is actually really technologically advanced!" She pullde out her PDA. Mr. Harbringer made this for me. She pressed a button, and holographic images of pictures came out. She quickly put it away as she walked towards the loomy building where the armoury was.

Raven stared at the two, her eyes wide. She had to be losing her mind. Powers? What was the boy talking about? Her head turned to look at the girl who seemed like she had too many responsibilities and was going to crack under the pressure. And how did she know so much about her?

As her bear came back to her, she automatically reached for it, pulling the animal into her arms. After nuzzling it, she glanced back, realizing the boy hadn't bent to pick it up.

Abilities? Powers? She had to be mis-understanding. That was it. They were speaking a different language, and she was understanding, but the logical part was lost in translation. But when the clouds formed with the raise of the boy's hand, her mind's ability to lie to herself failed. "What was that?" she practically screamed, forgetting her vow of silence. Even her scream was beautiful. The sad cry was a plea for someone to help her from the unknown.

She hurried after the other students, completely confused. The first kind boy was amusing as he lovingly went over each of his belongings. Except when he pulled out the sword...and then a gun... "Are those real?" Her face turned, looking at Hanna's expression. Weapons weren't allowed at school right? Though she didn't speak much, Raven had learned to be very expressive with her face, so people could understand her question. Already she had spoken too much. Already she could be in trouble. She tried to remember if she made a noise when she fell. She probably did. That was why they were being so kind. They were entranced by her voice. She needed to get away from them.

Hanna pulled out of her bag a ball and chain that must have weighed 100 pounds, a katana, a hookshot, sword with a hilt, snipers, kendo stick, and a Case filled with poisonous materials.
"This stuff is the basic, but the poison was especially made by me. Its poinson from the amazon; one hit with it and you're a goner. Although, i also have poisons that make death slow and painful..." Hanna put away the case.

She looked at Raven. "I know that you don't speak, but can you please type any questions about this school here on this PDA? Everyone gets one, but the presidents get personalized special ones. She handed a device to Xeno and to Raven. "Text me. My student information is already in there, along with bio's of every member of the school." She walked off and yelled "I have to get my gym uniform! Oh, and by the way, there's a map of the whole school in there along with important locations~!"
