Here in the heart of Montana lays a deep secret waiting to be found. A school made up of vampires and their guardians is threatened, risking not only the school, but the entire vampire race. Can the guardians stop what is to come, or will the entire race cease to be…?
Since the princess of the Moroi, Princess of all Vampires, has been staying at the Academy more and more bad things have been happening. Students have showed up missed or torn to pieces, teachers are murdered in class by an unseen force, and all eyes are on the princess. Rumors have it that the killings would stop the minute she is handed over to the Strigoi and her cousin would take the throne. Some even say it is her that is killing people, until she is attacked time and time again. Animal bodies are found in her dorm and she is slowly wilting away, being pushed to death.
Can the school save their only chanse of living, this simple little shy vampire girl, and keep their race alive, until the next attack?

Plot:
There are three races of vampires in this story. The Moroi, the Strigoi, and the Dhampir. Just the Moroi and the Dhampir are in the school, not the Strigoi. The Dhampir are the tougher of the vampires. Either half human and Moroi or Dhampir and Moroi. Dhampir as very strong but are like human vampires. They don't need blood, and can go in the sun light, they also have no magic abilities what so ever, but they are much more sterdy.
Moroi are often frail and pitite. They are the only race that can make more Moroi Dhampir can breed with Moroi and humans but they always turn up Dhampir. Only Moroi on Moroi could make another Moroi unless a male Moroi breeds with a Dhampir woman, then they might be Moroi, depends. They must drink blood twice a day and cannot be in the sun too often. They are the only vampire that has magic.
Strigoi are long passed Moroi. They turned into Strigoi by draining another Moroi of all their blood. Strigoi lost their magic and power to walk in the sun. Only burning them, decapitating them, or staking them with a silver stake will kill them.

The Races:
The Moroi: The Moroi are the royal of the vampires, the ones that need to be protected. They are the ones that drink blood, that are affected by sun light, that have magic abilities. And they are the only race of the vampires that can make pure blooded royal Moroi so they are priceless amongst the vampires. They are also mortal, they can die. They must have blood twice a day and their spit is like a drug, getting the prey high and having them enjoy it completely.
The Strigoi: This race of vampires are the immortal kind. They cannot die unless they are burn, or their head is removed, or they are stabbed in the heart with a silver stake, fused with magic. The Strigoi used to be Moroi, but drank the blood of another Moroi and became a Strigoi. Cursed to forever hunger Moroi blood, they hunt them down and feed on them till there is nothing left. They are mostly run by animal instincts.
The Dhampir: These are the vampires mixed with a human and Moroi or another Dhampir and a Moroi. Their sole purpose is to protect the Moroi from any kind of threat. At the age of five they are put into a hard physical training to become a guardian. Until they are of the age of 18 they are schooled in the ways of battle, protection, and death. When they turn 10 they are assigned a Moroi to protect, which would be their companion for the rest of their lives. Dhampir are very strong, very fast, do have not fangs and cannot drink blood. Sun light does not bother them and nor does normal vampire things.
The Humans: The humans are not kept in high appeal. They are often used as servants, cooking meals, clean the stables of the school’s horses, or used for the Moroi to feed off of them.

Tips:
The Moroi can use only the elements, fire, earth, water, and air.
Animals love Moroi but hate Dhampirs and Strigoi with a passion.
Moroi can use the elements until they go through puberty then they can only use one which is called specializing.
The dorm numbers 500-900 are dhampir, anything lower are Moroi.
The Dhampirs, cannot use magic.
Teachers are needed.
Dhampirs don't drink blood, only Moroi and Strigoi do.

RULES Okay, as GM thus I am compiling a list of rules and regulations on my sanity. 1. LITERACY. I cannot stress this enough. We want good- or at least decent- writers in this game. Thus, we require the following: capitalization of the first words of sentences and proper nouns (names, specific places, etc.), most words spelled correctly, no chat speak (except in out of character discussion), and no one-liner posts. If English is not your first language, or you're dyslexic or something similar, tell us. But don't lie and say either is when it isn't just so you can be lazy. You will be caught, and then bad things will happen. 2. Character construction. Especially be careful about names! They did NOT use names like Takara and Toto. Use an British(or at least French) name, folks. If you can't find one, look here: http://www.20000-names.com/Names a-plenty, neatly organized by ethnicity. Use them. If get a Aoken or whatever, you will be asked to change it, if not banned outright. 3. This is part of character, but it gets its own section. Specifically, use some detail, people. A background of at least one paragraph. You don't need to write a book; but show us you put some thought into where your person came from. And please, please, no "woe is me I'm so pathetic" backgrounds. Not everyone can be beleaguered and beaten. Keep the melodrama in your history to an absolute minimum. Also, anyone who puts likes and dislikes as "a lot" or "not much" (or something similar) will. Be. Hurt. It's not that hard to come up with a few specifics. Try to be creative, too. 4. Use brackets or OOC to delineate out of character comments. 5. Do not ask to join. You may ask to reserve a specific character, so you can take your time building them. But it's vastly annoying to have someone just say generally "Can I join?" So long as you can follow the rules, there's no reason why you would be banned. Anyone who asks without the specific query for character type will be told no, just because we're being contrary like that. 6. Take the naughty stuff to PM. I probably don't need to say this, but I felt the urge to anyway. We don't want this game shut down, after all. 7. We prefer for you to use anime pictures.

Back Round: Her father is infact Adrian Ivashkov. He had a fling with his mother and then left her. He has no clue the Lydia even existed until she was sent to the school and people figured it out.

Likes: If she's not skipping class to go cloud gazing or sleep, she can often be found roaming the halls looking for her next prank victim or her next flirt fling. On a side note, her violin and guitar/bass playing skills are to die for, and cream cheese is a great direct path to her heart.
Dislikes: She wishes she could burn her glasses, though she's hardly seen with them on, she dislikes the color pink, and she absolutely positively dislikes the lower classmen (who are often on the receiving end of her pranks.)
Moroi: (I will assign them)
Weapons: Her mind and quick wits is her only weapon, though she does carry her mother's dagger around a lot more due to recent events going on at the Academy. It can be located strapped to her right calf, beneath her pants.
Schedule: (I will also assign)
Strengths: As lazy as she may seem when it comes to school and such, Emma is quite fit and flexible considering her smaller frame, and therefore is quick on her feet. Also, she thinks up plans like they're second nature. She thinks best on a full stomach, but don't mess with her when she's hungry or sleep-deprived.
Personality: As stated above, Emma is what many consider an ambitionless slacker. Though she is quite intelligent, especially considering her background, she just simply sees education as pointless and a waste of time. She has lost complete faith in the guardian system, however, if put to the test, she does her job and does it well. In addition to this all, she is an endless flirt, flirting with anyone she sees fit to tease, and just floats through life without a care in the world. As a person who doesn't like wasting energy on anger and trifling issues as that, she doesn't get into tussles much, but if pushed the right way, she'll step in.
Weaknesses: Cream cheese, hands down. She's not easily tempted by much except this product.
Back Round: Plain and simple, Emma was born in what many call a "Blood Whore Compoud" somewhere in England. Her family is not that of great guardians, instead they are of great "blood whores." Her mother, however, wanted something different for her only child, and so she managed, in her own way if you know what I mean, to get Emma into Vladmir Academy. As additional info, yes, Emma was named after the female in the Hunchback of Notre Dame, and ironically, she is a gypsy.

Strengths: Windy days power him up especially, and he's very outgoing and friendly, so he can usually talk people into letting him do whatever he wants. He's got his mother's charisma that way.
Weaknesses: He can't swim
Back Round: His mother is a servant for many different Moroi noble families, and so he's always done his work for himself and feels awkward when people offer to do things for him. His father died in a car accident when he was still very young, so he has few memories of him. It's always been him and his mom, so he respects women a great deal.

☼ ╚ E m m A ╗ ☼ From a distance, the rumble of an engine could be heard blaring down the pathway. However, what was even louder than that was the gibberish, and yes it was gibberish, that emitted from the piece of transportation. The music that blasted from the stereos implanted in the contraption was foreign, probably unknown to everyone, but it was not unknown to the rider. As a matter of fact, said rider, identified as a female not by her lengthy hair but her curvacious body, was humming along to it behind the confines of her helmet. Chocolate curls blew wildly in the wind behind her as she was fast approaching the school she was forced to call home.
She would've been on campus until graduation if her mother had her way, but the young teenager insisted on coming home for a week to take care of family issues. No matter how much her mother protested that she could take care of it, the bright brown eyed girl knew she could not. She welcomed the little break anyway, it meant she had a chance to see her old friends...even if they were all "blood whores."
The word definitely didn't hurt her anymore...or to be politically correct, it never bothered her in the first place.

Lydia listened to someone's music as they pulled into the school grounds. Now she just needed to find her room, her schedule, and then she coulld relax.
MAybe she'd go catch up with old friends, or even make some new ones. She could really go for some Romance. And so far she had been doing a good job of hiding her last name. Here she was Lydia Adrian Adriana. The teachers were the only ones who knew this and kept it secret. Her mom payed them.
If anyone found out who she was she would die. Of embarassement. The most horrible way to die.
