While Milo has no other nickname, Dimitri prefers to be called “Dimi” most of the time, usually believing that the use of his full name is somehow too formal.

Build/Posture
Both currently have about the height and stature of very young boys, just about 11-12 year old human children. Milo appears more husky than his twin even though physically there isn't much difference between them. Both have developing muscles still and, with the exception of the bonus strength Milo has as a guardian, aren't thoroughly remarkable as far as the capacity for brute strength at this point in time. Intense situations have them with newfound power more due to Azmodeus's mark more than anything else.
Eyes
The twins have heterochromia that mirror the other's pair: one purple and one blue.
Hair
While both have a quality of being tousled, it is Milo's longer and darker hair that seems to have the most trouble being tamed by a comb - well, in the hypothetical situation that they had one to use. He refused to mess with it once in the Ghostlings realm, using his hair as a sort of coverup so that his scars would not be shown in public. Dimitri's never seemed to grow out any longer than its current length but is just as thick as his brother's.
Voices
Typical of young adolescents, the twins' voices are still cracking as what should have been puberty begins its slow creep. Dimitri's is, predictably, just a little higher in tone than his brother's, although both are equal in their general range of tones for the most part.
Distinctive Features
Physical ones include the winglets for ears that match the larger set of wings each boy has and the nubs for horns beginning to emerge just above them: Milo's appears more curved in shape whilst Dimitri's seems heading towards a horizontal direction, though at this point in time neither pair prove useful due to their small size. The winglets are as emotive as any part of the body, crumpling with fear or despair, fluffing up when angered, and so on and so forth.
Both boys also appear to have a matching set of scars marring their faces and have differentiating sets as well: Milo's are mostly hidden by his clothes, but he has developing abrasions around parts of his neck where the collar rubs against most, though it also doesn't help that he tends to pick at it to relieve anxiety; Dimitri's most obvious scarring besides those on his face lie directly below as several nasty gashes that criss-cross his neck, hidden for the most part by his scarf.
Funnily enough, for a pair of rather human-like Ghostlings they have monkey-like feather-fluffed tails jetting from their rears to break up any thoughts of normalcy - and with spikes beginning to show to boot! These tails are quite dexterous and can be used to pick up small objects like a third hand, though it's a little more risky in that sometimes the grip is too loose thanks to the feathery fur. Mostly the boys use them for balance when walking or when in flight, keeping the tails close to their bodies otherwise.
Accessories/Clothes
Both wear a full set clothes consisting of long-sleeved undershirts, striped polo tees, and similarly baggy, ragged jeans with no shoes to cover their feet.
