Did FOX sell the simpsons rights over to some network in the middle east?

They didn't sell it right over but now it's in Afganistan. Lots have been changed, so it's not really the Simpsons anymore. Homer drinks soda instead of beer, and no one eats pork and Moe's tavern doesn't exist! You can't have the Simpsons without Moe's Tavern or pork chops and those pork rinds!
