Name: Ekibyou Neppa
Skills: "I am skilled in Zanjutsu and Kidou. For speed, I am about average. As pertaining to Hakudou, I try to avoid it at all costs, but I do know Aikido if I must.."
Abilities: "My weapon is attached to a chain so I can throw it and do many other things during combat, such as tripping enemies, scaling walls, etc. I tend do use both Kidou and Zanjutsu, though the later does out weigh the previous. With practice, I'll remember some Kidou and become strong enough to fire them by only calling the name. I mainly want to use Fire based Hakudou and most any of the Bakudou that impair movement. When I reach my Shikai and Bankai, I will have a much better grasp on fire, as well as having various techniques utilizing fire to a greater degree, especially to compliment my sword style."
Why Squad 11?: "I believe I will be well suited for Squad 11 with the following: I have a strong will. Especially to win and preserve justice. I will continue to fight and become stronger as I serve out justice. A squad such as this suits me because of the amount of assignments this squad obtains that I can help burden the load from other squads, so that they may use their resources to do their normal duties instead of stopping something they shouldn't have to worry about."
RP Sample: Neppa walked down one of the various streets in the world of the living, left hand resting on the hilt of his zanpakuto, his other resting on the inside of his kosode. He was sent to a city to protect it from Hollow attacks, along with one other shinigami. They had decided to separate and watch half the city each, which he agreed with wholly. As he was walking past some ally ways he saw that there was a woman and her child being picked on by a couple of gang members. He rushed over instinctively and yelled, "Leave the woman alone!" Now being a shinigami, they couldn't hear him. But he also exerted some of his spirit force, trying to make the men leave them alone. Luckily, it worked, as they stopped, said 'Forget it', then took off. The two were unhurt and he was content, walking way with a slight smile.
Again, Neppa was walking along his route. Still no Hollow on his end nor his comrade's and he continued on his side of town. By chance, he ran into the thugs that were trying to steal from the woman before hand. He couldn't help but glare at them for their earlier acts, and ended up following them, to hopefully try and keep them from causing more harm. As it would turn out, though, they would be the next victim. His phone went off as his comrade called to notify him of a Hollow closing in on his location. The sensor on his phone relayed the same. And not a minute later, the ugly beast reared it's head around the corner.
The Hollow was appalling, cursing everything it resembled. It looked like a human and a snake, a long, pointed, fanged mask covering the face, followed by a long neck, body, and spindly arms and legs. The first thing it did was pop a fire hydrant, launching water into the air, and the metal crashing down on a car. The two thugs laughed and continued walking on.
Straight towards it.
Neppa ran passed them and pointed his fingers on his right hand out. "Byakurai!" White lightning arched forth from his fingers and hit the Hollow in the shoulder, causing it to turn and see the Shinigami, letting out a roar of glee before charging. Neppa had to think fast, if he didn't stop it soon, someone was going to get hurt, even if it was the two thugs. He drew his sword and threw it at the building to his left, striking and sticking in the wall. Next, he pulled on his chain, helping him up the wall, to where he removed the sword and jumped at the Hollow. "Die!" he yelled, passing the head only by a bit to slice off it's arm. Another roar, though this one of pain and anger, as it charged at Neppa, away from the thugs. He held his sword in both hands, pointing it at the Hollow and began to chant, "Disintegrate, you black dog of Ronda--". The swipe was quick, the Hollow lunged at Neppa, who barely dodged, scratching his chest and stopping the spell. But the Hollow was now wide open. "Final strike!"

Neppa stood there amongst the Hollow's bisected head. While it turned around, he leaped at the beast, cleaving the head in half. Neppa sheathed the sword in a traditional fashion as the corpse disintegrated, releasing the soul for further judgment, and turned around to see the thugs there standing where the cleaved head had once been. They both looked like they had just had an epiphany, or experienced something gahstly. They were both starring at Neppa, more like through him though. "Go home." He turned and walked away, continuing his rounds and updating his situation with his comrade as the two thugs turned round and returned to their own residences.
