(Cause Kira's a dork, this is going to be just me posting between Aoi and Sephiroth.... WHoot for monologuing!)  Wings stretched behind the figure that stood in the wasted lands of the rebels, and the female shifted nervously. She wasn't sure when or how she'd even gotten there, but she knew that she had to get out quickly. Flying would be stupid, since there was no coverage to fly with and Rebels would spot her easily, but to stay in this area would have meant certain death; she was a nobel, and nobel were certainly not welcomed in these parts of the island.
Looking around nervously, Aoi quickly got up and began to walk towards the southern direction of the island where she would hopefully find herself back in her clan's lands before something happened to her.

 Unbeknownst to the anxious female, a dark and deadly figure was watching her with his cold blue eyes. Sepheroth was probably the most dangerous Fafner in existence, save for perhaps gods if they truly did exist. He was cold and merciless, and he had just spotted his next target; the female Nobel that had apparently wondered carelessly and stupidly into Rebel territory.
The cold smirk appeared on his face as he got up to follow her. Silently he calculated how he was going to rip her apart, starting with those angelic wings and ending with her death.

A chill ran up her back and she quickened her pace. It had been stupid to think her missing brother had wondered into these barren and deadly lands, and now she was sure that something or, heaven forbid, someone, was watching her. Her blood was beginning to run cold as her heart beat faster. Her pace quickened until she was nearly running.
From the corner of her eye, she could see something move, and instantly she skidded to a halt. Her eyes were alert and her muscles tensed as she prepared herself for something big.

Sephiroth smirked, seeing the female suddenly frozen with fear and smelling the scent of terror in the air. His grin showed his teeth as he watched her become completely alert, and he waited for her to relax herself and her guard.
Slowly, her muscles began to go slack, and that was when he moved. Now, he was far enough away that she couldn't have seen him well, if at all, but despite the distance, within seconds he was upon her, going after those tender wings he wanted to rip so eagerly from her back.

"AIEEEEEE!" Feathers flew into the air as suddenly she was hit by a mass of killer Rebel. She struggled and cried out in pain as she felt fangs rip into her wings. Without thinking, she spun around and retaliated by thrusting out her wings and pushing at the figure with her paws. Despite being under attack, she still didn't want to hurt anyone.
Somehow managing to break away, she lept a good distance from her attacker and stood there, trembling a little and breathing heavily. Instantly, she recognized him as a Rebel and the blood ran from her face. "Oh dear god....."

The shriek that came from the female's mouth sprung a small smirk upon his face, but despite his strength and his grasp, she was still some how able to break free of his grasp. He gave a snarl as she lept away from him, but still somehow found it slightly amusing how she stared at him with those pathetic wide eyes. They made him want to rip them out like no other.
"Don't bother running, it won't get you any farther away from your death."

Despite what he said, Aoi still took a step back. "Please... I really don't wish to fight...." She wasn't one to fight to begin with, but she was quite strong. "There must be some other way to resolve this confrontation.... Some other way that doesn't involve injury...." Her wings fluttered a little behind her as she readied herself for anything.

The remark took Sephiroth by surprise, but he still kept his facial expression cold and unwavering. "I don't see how that could possibly work. Stop spewing out that mindless crap and accept your death." He then lunged at her, expecting to take her easily.

Easily and smoothly she lept out of line from his attack and, with a strength that seemingly came from nowhere, she pinned him down. "Please... I really don't wish to fight you.... My name is Aoi, and I've come this far looking for my brother. Please, I truly do not want trouble."

"Tch, touching, I'm sure...." 'So, her name is Aoi.... what sort of idiot Nobel would willingly walk into Rebel territory. Family isn't worth that....' He thought quietly to himself. He was, however, impressed a little by Aoi's strength and agility; it wasn't everyday that someone was able to pin him down, and it was obvious there was more to this girl then met the eye.
"You sure you're a Nobel...? You don't act like it. Nobels are supposed to be afraid and hate us Rebels."

Aoi's eyes widened when he acknowledged her as a Nobel. "Erm... well...." She got off of him, looking a bit flustered. "I'd be lieing if I told you I wasn't scared of you, but I don't hate you.... I don't know you enough to hate you." She smiled kindly. "So, Sir Rebel, do you have an actual name? Or may I speak of you as a one-winged angel?"

Slowly, he got up, part of him debating attacking her again, however he wasn't sure he could match her agility. ".... You're weird. No, you're beyond weird; you're bizzar, strange, and psychotic. You come into Rebel Lands without any protection and expect that the Rebels you meet will just let you off the hook with your stupid little excuses?" He smirked. "You are a Nobel; you are what I consider the scum of the earth. You won't be leaving here alive."

"......" Aoi smiled gently to him, then lowered her head in a respectful bow. "I'm sorry that you hate all Nobels... but please understand that I'm not like the other Nobels. I am I, and I will always be unlike any other Nobel..... but you don't have to believe me, my One-Winged Angel."

The lady was crazy, psychotic, and just plain stupid. 'What the hell, One-winged Angel? What is this girl on, drugs?' He'd been warned about the crazies and that it was best to stay away from them, and in the case of this girl, she just oozed crazy-sauce.
"I'm no Angel, you psychotic b***h." He growled lowly to her, sizing her up. There was no way he'd be able to rush her to take her down, since she was more agile than he was; she'd already demonstrated that. Slowly his mind worked around what he could do. In the shadows of his thoughts whispered the words of 'Use her', but he seemed to either not be paying attention to them or straight up ignoring them.

"Oh, but you see, I'm not psychotic, sir, I am just a little lost. You see, I've been searching for my brother for he's gone missing on his travels." Aoi sighed softly with a hint of depression, her ears drooping. "You see, he's my twin, and he's the closest person I have. I would do anything to find him and know that he was safe, sir.... I'm sorry, but I still don't think you've told me your name."
