I used to have that mindset, too, because everyone I went to school with found me repulsive. However, I went to college and started doing ren faires, and suddenly I've got people telling me I'm pretty all over the place. It took me a long while to start believing it, but I finally did. A lot of people who think they're fat or ugly aren't in the least.

um, i think that guys flirt in different ways, such as girls do. not all of them flirt the same. what did he do exactly?
as for the whole attractive thing, there's just different qualities that people are attracted to. or maybe he's just being mean just to mess with you. don't mean to seem mean by saying that, but someone flirted with me just to mess with me before..

How does a guy know if they are flirting with you? Sometimes guys really don't know that they are flirting with somebody because they don't intentionally do it.

well... with what has happened to me, i would say if a guy who normally never talks to you all of the sudden walks up and talks to you-that is okay. confused
but if he starts to talk to you about that most random things in the world, as if he just summed up the courage to talk to you but didn't think about a topic. this has happened to me twice. it is rather cute and i never thought of all people anyone would like me. especially a good looking guy! whee
