[-Bricked for his lame.- This is a PD between Amber and Mana!]
It was a rare instance where Wynni took an interest in what Mana had an interest in and rarer still that the two siblings agreed that they would both go, together, to go see this event at the Age of Aquariums. The event was something dealing with watery life forms that preferred their water to be a bit on the chilly side.
Thus, hand-in-hand the siblings wandered about and read plaques that were available at several stations. Currently they were viewing Polar Bears, while not strictly aquatic, spent much of their time in icy waters.
"They're so cute!" Wynni said in a delighted tone as she spied a pair of polar bear cubs.
Mana peered across at them and shifted a shoulder, "Til' the momma comes and rips y'r head off, sure."
Wynni gave a small pause at that and then frowned, "I'd like to ignore that thought."
The koi-tailed boy just grinned.

The Age of the Aquariums, an event that assured good, educational fun for any budding youngster who took interest in the inhabitants of the frigid waters of the world of Gaia. This outing seemed ideal to the doctor who currently had three youngsters in tow, each having reacted differently to the proposal of the Aquarium of all places. Thankfully, the general consensus was that they should go, and had gone, and now were leisurely strolling the border of the exhibits.
Wide amethyst eyes of mirth had spotted the polar bears from afar, and their owner, found in a small jester boy, found himself scrambling over. His father and two sisters were well in tow after a few minutes.
Nights was the most excited, and having heard the comment from one of the other spectators turned in curiosity to query it, "Do you really think it would rip someone's head off?
His sister, Alice, rolled her eyes and shook her raven mane for a moment, clearly nonplussed by the matter. "No, Nights. I'm sure that a creature of that size would not fathom the idea. Though, the cubs are cute, aren't they?" This comment was directed to the other girl who'd spoken before, having just caught that comment.
The third of the trio of little ones did not so readily approach the others and hid a little behind her father's leg, peering out cautiously at the one with a koi tail. True, she was a bunny, but she'd never seen someone like that before...
(( Rai's in lala land so he's just watchin the bears xd ))

Wynni nodded to the raven haired girl that addressed her, "Yes! They are adorable. I'd like to pet one, just to see how the fur feels." She said with a small sigh as she gazed back across at the cubs. The cubs had taken upon themselves to perform more acts of cute by playing together.
The koi-tailed boy sighed lightly at being corrected, right when he was about to further fuel the other child's imagination with blood and torn heads. "Still, the momma bears don't usually like you touchin' their babies. They'd do somethin' and y'won't like it." He insisted stubbornly and after a moment he noticed a set of eyes upon him. He turned his gaze in order to peer back at the eyes peering at him from behind a set of legs. "...Hi?"

Alice nodded, smiling as she turned back to watch the cubs frolic and gullump in the snow. "I bet it'd be pretty soft on the underside of the fur, but I think the top is probably a little coarser, for protection. Still, if they're little ones, it's still pretty soft, I bet."
"But what if you needed to touch the cub? Theoretically, I mean." Theoretically being some elaborate story he had yet to finalize upon and was now observing the cubs with a fiendishly elated grin, plotting. It wasn't malicious, but it was unsettling enough to cause his father to comment, "And, theoretically, you will NOT be getting in there, Nights, so don't even think about it."
Amber dropped an ear into visibility and waved a little, flickering the elongated cranial appendage in his general direction. A soft squeak was her reply.

Wynni thought about it while her tail twitched back and forth before she nodded. It made sense and plus it seemed similar to what the plaque had said earlier, but it was way on the other side of the Polar Bear's little area, or so she assumed as it wasn't here where they stood. "Ya! Makes sense," she said with a smile.
Wynni gave a small giggle at the antics of Nights. Such a cute little imp! It was probably better not to answer the question theoretically or otherwise as it may displease the guardian.
Mana was preoccupied with Amber now as he watched her with his head tilted toward the side. A squeak? It almost reminded him of one of those rubber chew toys but he knew better than to say so, "I'm Mana," he said carefully trying to encourage a bit more of a response than a squeak.

"Of course, all baby animals are really soft, I believe. Well, at least if they have fur..." Alice elaborated her analysis in that as she watched the cubs tumble into a large snow bank and vanish for a few minutes. "Aww!"
Nights shrugged at his father and grinned a bit wider. "Well that's ok. After all, you wouldn't want to upset the snow spirits. Right?"
The association of a name to the stranger granted some ease. The bunny girl poked her head out completely before moving into full visibility and offering a shy smile. "`Lo, `M Amber.."
