I have contacted the mule, asking permission to quest for two versions of the same Gargoyle. One version with a loincloth, so that all of the scars will be visible, and a second version in which he will be clothed completely. I was told that it was possible (by Ferret), but I am aware and alright with the fact that depending on the artist, I may be charged additionally for this concept.

This Gargoyle is a cosplay, originating from the anime Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann.

Clothes: Two versions of this Gargoyle, provided are clothing details for each. For both versions, I'd like lightly colored leather or cloth wrapped tightly around his wrists and forearms. [Ref 1 | Ref 2]
Basic Version: Maroon colored loincloth like clothing (pants/shirt) in references below. No other clothing is needed on this version. Style of loincloth is artist's choice, but something intricate is not really necessary. This version is for the scars to be visible.
Very Complex Version: References show the details a lot better than my text will describe them. Tattered brown cloak and red scarf, maroon sleeveless shirt with stripes down the front. Two belts hanging at waist, blade secured behind back with belts and cloth. Pants of the same color as majority of shirt, wrapped in similar cloth as wrists over top of the pants near the ankles. One leg has a tear near the thigh, opposite thigh has cloth wrapped around it. As a note, the cloak can be ripped/torn up the sides to accommodate his wings. Horns: None visible, or minimal design of the artist's choosing.
Expression: Sneer or frown, teeth bared. All of his teeth are sharp, shark-like in design. If the style of teeth is not permitted, that's perfectly fine. I would just prefer the shark-like teeth over 'normal' teeth, if given the choice. [Ref 1 | Ref 2 | Ref 3 | Ref 4]
Markings: Many tiny scars scattered over the face, shown in references. Body scarring patterns and colors shown in references, scars and tears to wings and tail as well in various areas. All scars should very clearly be old wounds. The cape-looking bit that stops mid-bicep can stay and would give his gargoyle-self more freedom of movement than the sleeve would. The bottom, just cut-off shorts in a dark steel blue. The glove on his non-sleeved hand as in the reference. :3 Colors, the same as the reference. Base color for the coat is white, or pale grey, with trimmings in steel blue, same for the glove. (Not quite certain on how to alter his coat into the setting so, as you see fit ^^; )
