Has anyone, or know anyone who got married on a cruise ship?

Weddings on the Lake

This is one place I'm thinking of. It's only $2000 for everything for up to 125 people.

Any other advice for a cheap wedding? My photographer is booked (that's $1,000 of my budget).

my hubby and i went to the capital so to speak. The judge that did it welcome us and family into her home. We also hired someone to take pics and then set up a place for the reception.

That looks like a fun idea. Married on a boat. Do you have 175 guests? I would sort out yer list first and see exactly how many people you think are coming. I ended up having about 70 show up to mine.

My wedding was pretty cheap. Most of the wedding cost went into my dresss, which was a little over a thousand dollars. sad My photographer ended up bailing the last second. So, I don't have a lot of pictures of my reception or anything. I wish I could've shelled out some money for that, but just didn't have anything right there at the end.

My current guest list says 84 people... so I'm going to guess I'll have between 50-75. I checked with my photographer and he said that he would travel for that! Yay! So that's $1000 right off the top. My dress I want is $300... but I'm broke crying I'm hoping I get a nice tax refund and I'll buy it.

Hubby and I had a debate between this and Vegas. I won with this 3nodding It's closer for us to look at and less for my family to drive, my family is the largest and all close.

Wow, on a boat sounds so awesome. Gotta make sure anyone who gets seasick has their gravol or whatever seasick people take (seasickness pills?)

I think that's what hus and I are going to do. Both of our families like the water so it would make sense. A great way to join east coast and west coast families. heart
