This is a recipe that's is a favorite in my family, I don't know where the recipe came from but it's really good and easy to make
Ingredients: 1 tablespoon of oil Chicken, I usually use about 6-8 chicken thighs or 5-6 chicken breast 2-3 Bell Peppers 2-3 Onions 1 can of Orange Juice 1 tablespoon of Soy Sauce 1 table spoon of Cornstarch + 1 cup water
Instructions: 1. Turn the stove on high heat put the oil in the pan and spread it evenly on the bottom of the pan you then add the chicken and brown it until it's golden brown. While the chicken is browning cut up the onions and bell peppers.
2. Turn the stove to medium heat and add the vegetables and cook them until they are mostly done, then add the orange juice and soy sauce bring to a boil then add the cornstarch+water mixture.
3. Let sit on low heat on the stove for about 20 minutes and then it's done!
I normally make rice to go with it, but it's good without as well. Please post to let me know if you like this recipe or plan to try making it 3nodding
