Biography: one of the few people still alive to have been put on the galactic federation's prestegous spot of "public Enemy Number 1" on 3 diffrent occasions and actualy still live to this day. a human going by the name of Tyler Buzu grew up in federation space. working as a mercenary as far as he could remember. the planet he lived on had been decimated thousands of years ago and had been deamed a death world ever since. the staunch diffrence of cold and hot on the planet drove many people to martal law. and given it was on the fringe of federation space, there wasn't much that could be done to help the planet. his parents were in the federation, his mother a doctor while his farther a fleet admeral. his brothers also joined the service as a way to get off of the planet and into actual federation space. though out in the "bounies" of the galexy tyler earned a reputation as a mercenary, taking on litearly every job he could. be it simply transporting water or other meterails, to hunting down and killing raiders. he didn't care what he did as long as he could make money to survive. and after all of the years hunting and working as a merc, the only ship he could actualy afford after he managed to purchase his weapons and gear, was a wrecked T61 saucer in a junk yard. he even spent time repairing the old ship just to get it flight worthy.
when he finaly made it off planet the federation didn't take kindly to him. a passing patroll mistook him for a space rader when he refused to stop and identifie himself... it wasn't that he refused, it was that he didn't have a working comlink system in his ship yet. the resulting fight went a little further than he liked and actualy caused the federation to call for reinforcements in aprehending the merc. and while his ship was captured and impounded during the fight, the federation soon found themselves facing somthing that didn't follow normal logic. the troopers of the federation cruiser that had impounded his ship refered to him as a "phantom" before his real name was learned. the chaos of the first event caused over 32 troopers to be sent to the infermery for injuries ranging from electrical burns, to severed limbs. the first documents listing his behavior note him fighting like a cornered animal and advize future troopers to advance with caution. how he was labled as public enemy number 1 was due to him actualy causing the ship to crash into a reserche station closer to one of the federation capital planets. the situation was only resolved when he was finaly captured and put on trial. scentenced to 10 free jobs for the federation, a death scentence by any bounty hunter's standards, that's 10 pay checks he didn't get meaning a long time without food or water... let alone repairs.
the second instance was a large misunderstanding and lack of comunication. he had installed a comlink system and had actualy been doing rather well, only problem was when he was refueling at a federation depot, several scientests acidently dropped and released several dangerous animals. in self defence he killed the escaped animals but unintentionaly injured the scientests, when the troopers found the scientests knowcked out and the hunter still killing the escaped animals, they attacked. unfortunately he defended himself and killed 2 troopers before escaping into the colony. now public enemy once more, tyler had a heck of a time trying to convince the federation otherwise. it was only when his farther responded to the stations SOS signal that it was decided to look at the security tapes. it was then found that he was actualy trying to aid the scientests and defend them when they got themselves hurt. the status on him was called off and he was allowed to leave the station.
the last instance struck him hard, he had been working a federation job on a remote astaroid base. the federation was doing some kind of black op work with some kind of bioweapon... he was simply highered to guard one of the entrances to the base. unfortunately the group there thaught he knew too much, which on the contrary he knew nothing. he'd been standing his post with other hunters for the entire time. thus the commander of the base released the bioweapon on him when he was standing guard. thinking it was a alien creature of hostile intent, tyler killed the first bioweapon. unortunately this sparked a easy opertunity for the base to frame him. the base had sent a destress signal out to the main federation fleet, claiming that he had attacked them and was in the process of destroying their work and creations. which wasn't exactaly all false, he had killed the thing after him, but he contenued to stand guard after that. when a federation cruiser came to respond he found himself face to face with his brothers who attacked him on sight. fleeing into the base after finding himself out of ammo and out gunned, he attempted to seek help but only found himself attacked by the very people he was guarding. the troopers who had responded had no idea what was realy going on and chased after him. during the bout with both sides, tyler was criticaly injured and captured. the fight had caused the destruction of most of the facility and the scientests had lost all of their work. after his capture he was scentenced to exicution, however the investagation following the trial proved his inocence, and after the federation made a public anoucement, he was freed from custody. since then he has been taking on more civilian jobs than federation jobs.
