The sun was bright and a light breeze blew as Manishie snoozed in the tall green grass. She always enjoyed nature and being out in it. A small bug landed on her nose and woke her up with a start. The bell around her neck gave a light tingle as she lifted her head. Her eyes, still filled with sleep, looked around lazily to see what had disturbed her. Figuring it was time to wake, Mani stood up and shook off any excess grass blades and gave a good stretch. She sat back down and began to clean her fur. What was going to come out of this gorgeous day?

A green fluffy tail moved softly in the wind, with a brown root wrapped around it. Avani walked out into the grassy field, the tree atop her head swayed in the breeze. Creating small animal shapes that disseapered in the wind. She was being followed by a few small animals, like a squirll that had hopped into her shoulder peeking out over the land. A few birds flutterd above her head. But this was a normal duty for her. All the animals knew who she was the moment they saw her.
She was happy and all the flowers came into loom when she passed. Avani stopped to smell a few and enjoy the day. She had gotten to sneak away from Malia her guardian for the day while she was practicing with her grandmother. So The earth godess figured she could go enjoy her earth.

While in the middle of her cleaning, Manishie got a whiff of the pungent smell of flowers. Lifting her nose into the air, the brown totem continued to enjoy the flowery breeze. Looking around she spotted someone else. Staying right where she was, Mani watched and studied the totem from afar. She watched as the many animals followed her and the flowers bloom as she passed. Cocking her head slightly to the side, her bell tingled in response. Mani picked herself up and headed over to the totem, having the strange sense of security and contentedness as she neared her.

Avani padded along happily not paying much attention to the commountion outside of her own thoughts. She found a nice spot to lay down for a bit in the bright sun, near a river bank.
Her animal friends all made themselves comfy around her, some clinging to her branch covered tail while others were simply nestled in the grass around her. She looked out over the water and then perked her ears back hearing the ring of a bell i the background. Another totem was near, very near as the female was comming closer.
"Hello my child"

Manishie froze after the nature totem acknowledged her.
"Uh, hello."
Offering a sweet but sheepish smile, Manishie came closer to her and sat down nearby.
"My name is Manishie, and I couldn't help but notice how... close you were to nature."
The brown totem looked back to the trail of flowers and the many species of animals that had gathered.

Avani chuckled and nodded, "Yes, that is because i am an earth godess. Bless by the gods when i was born as a totem." She told her tolding up her giant blue-green wings as a grand gesture.
"I am Avani, but some call me earth mother. Its a pleasure to meet you Manishie." She said and smiled as some butterflies came out of the tree above her head and fluttered a bit before disseapearing into thin air.
