I'm the oldest of three children. I have a brother who is 16 and a sister who is 10. The state stopped caring about me once I turned 17, but still, I'm worried about my brother and sister. My dad has a house that he is renting, but he is in the process of kicking his girlfriend out and said that we can't go there until she is gone. My mom doesn't have a house. She lives in hotels with her friends. We're usually passed back and forth from one parent to the otherevery few days and it is in no way a stable environment. My mom and all of her friends are drug users and dealers. Right now, we're staying with my grandmother. We came here only a few days ago, but we can't stay here anymore because of my step-grandfather. None of us are in school, and I think my little sister should at least be in school, if not me and my brother. Should I call child protection services on my parents in an attempt to give my younger brother and sister a better home and a better chance at an education and a stable living environment? Or would I just be splitting up my family even more. My mom brought us with her to Mississippi a week ago to live with her friend, but they sent us back just a few days ago and my dad keeps saying that as soon as he gets rid of his girlfriend, we can stay with him.. but they do this all the time, making promises and not sticking to them. Should I just wait and give them another chance or call child protection services?
edit: I was actually on the phone with CPS, and my grandmother picked up the other phone. I guess she needed to use it and didn't know I was already using it. Anyway, we had a long talk and she's going to get guardianship over us and we're going to be living with her. My brother and sister are going to be enrolled in school as soon as possible and I'm going to be studying for my GED. Thanks all for your opinions and advice.

I already told you to call and at the very least learn what your options are.
