Adding more melee damage to your handgun.
At first it was a base one... but this cranks it up to a five.

My only problem, as of now with it, is that there is no handgun holster that would be compatible with it. The website they're working on a sheath, but it wont be any good unless you have something that could hold the gun at your waist in the first place. Drawing your bayoneted pistol in two strokes would be counterproductive (pull out gun, slip off the knife sheath.
Other then that, it is kinda cute, and looks like it has a secondary role as a utility knife if its easy to pull off. And for $40? Id get one

Lame school and general paranoia make Sierra go bye-bye for indefinite amounts of time. Random PMs from concerned gun-nut chicks bring him back.
I might add a Saiga 12 to the collection tomorrow, but who the hell knows.
