You could mold one out of latex. Just make sure to make it thick, and not allow it to dry to your skin. You'd also probably want to find out your skin tone, and then find a latex that's about three shades lighter (if possible).
If you're not fond of sculpting a latex mask to your own face, you might be able to try taking a latex cast of a female friend's face. And then very very carefully peel it off, and stick it on yours. lol
I'm taking a theater makeup class this semester and we have a few projects coming up where I might try to fit in Pavi as my theme. ^^ We have a project where we have to replicate a character from a production and another for a fictional makeup. ...I think those might be the only ones where I could fit him in. We shall see. smile

Alright, I can try that. Do you know if it would move with my face if I used some Spirit Gum or something?

(( O: !! I just realized what your username was. Hellraiser = heart heart heart ))
You might want to apply spirit gum to the cheek bone area, middle forehead, nose, and center chin. Otherwise, it's not going to hang off of your face to give you the "I just stole this chick's face" appearance. xd

Yeah, I love Hellraiser! xd Alright. Are those the only areas the Spirit Gum should go on?

That should probably your decision. (Unless you're going to use clips to hang the mask on like Pavi does. Then stick the clips.) smile
1. You're creating the mask design. 2. You're face has it's own shape.
Be sure to take pictures if you decide to make it!!

I had an idea about how to mask. You just need to get a soft female mask, kinda like this one http://www.buycostumes.com/Hillary-Rodham-Clinton-Mask/4604/ProductDetail.aspx Then just cut it to look right, and paint on some make up. The get some clips like these http://www.officedepot.com/a/products/429431/Office-Depot-Brand-Binder-Clips-Medium/ The smaller the better, remove the metal part and paint them so they look like the clips that hold his face on. Then attach it with Spirit Gum.

No matter what you do, do not stick lunch meat to your face. Trust me. ...in my pants.

Make sure you're not allergic to spirit gum if you do decide to use it. I had to use it for a show a couple of years ago, and I'm quite allergic (even though I don't have any other allergies). It sucked.

I've actually seen some people do some amazing face makeup for the mask. If/When I ever dress up like Pavi I'll probably have to try that instead of making an actual mask.

Of course, you could go for ultimate authenticity, but the law frowns on that sort of thing.

If you want to get REALLY into it, then get some alginate and stuff and make a cast of your face, then get one of those female plastic masks from a party store or something, and then make another mold of that (so you would have a plaster (or something) bust of yourself, then have the mold of the plastic face. Get some flesh coloured silicone and pour it into the mold of the mask, then press the bust (i'd put a release agent on it) into the back of it (so you'd have the front of the silicone like the femal mask, the the back of it would be prefectly formed to your face. After it sets paint it with some pigmented silicone biggrin yeaaaaa i'm sure there are easier ways xDD
