Rune was near the ocean, waiting for his brother to come up for air. It wasn't often the unicorn accompanied his brother on his frequent trips to the beach. All Sydney ever did was hunt for pearls and coral and anything else the jewelers in the herd could craft into beautiful jewelry. His pristine gaze followed the waves. His eyes seem reflective of his enviroment, currently holding a silvery blue color.
He seemed oblivious to his surrondings, so focused on where his brother had dived into....so why was he here?

Tavari was jumping at every sound, every crunch of dry leaf and stray twig under her careful feet. Her mother had forbade them all from leaving the herd, from leaving the safety of the trees. When they were grown, she promised, they would be free to wander and discover the world. But until then the angels were too tempting a target for the darkness that swirled in their world for the children to be let out alone.
Yet Ilsa had gone out and come back safely, and even claimed to have made a close friend on her excursions. Even so, Tavari was worried, frightened even, of her mothers wrath.

His ear swiveled to the sound of twigs and leaves snapping. He had no idea why or how he could of heard it, but it slowly drew him out of his trance like state of mind. Yet he didn't turn around to see what caused the crunching sounds.

Tavari finally wiggles out of the dense brush, her gleaming white fur marred with twigs and burrs, her golden wispy main in tangles. She blinks her glowing silver eyes in an attempt to adjust to the bright sunlight and stretches her feathery wings away from her tiny body.

Rune shifted his weight, moving with his brother in the ocean. It seemed like a twin thing they had. It didn't matter how far out Sydney was, Rune knew where he was.
His pace quickened steadily, letting him move back for the forest for something. He'd forgotten what it was when he tripped over a knarled branch that'd fallen from the trees. He'd winced, hoping he hadn't broken or twisted anything.

Tavari finally regains her sight and opens her eyes to see a lovely silvery unicorn. Yet she winces suddenly as he stumbles and falls. She wiggles closer. "Are you alright?" she says in a whisper of a voice. Tavari had always been soft spoken and wanted to be sure he heard her.

He looked up to the soft voice and blinked, sunlight glinting off his horn. He felt a blush creep up his neck and into his face.
"Uh uh yea....peachy.."
Doh! Why'd he say that? He couldn't believe he'd tripped and she saw. Hey wait. Why was he flipping out? She was little....beautiful for a little girl but still little. He felt like an idiot.

She allowed a gentle smile to brighten her angelic face. "I am glad" she murmers softly

He smiled gently. "You're very pretty for a little one, you know that?"

Tavari blinks in shock. No, she had never thought of herself as pretty. Her mother was gorgeous, with hair like spun gold, her fur so white is shone in the night. But Tavari had never really looked at herself, and was no really aware that she had inherited many of these features from her mother. She shook her tiny head slowly. "No, I do not believe such a thing is true!"

He smiled all the more. The little one was in denial of how beautiful she was.
"But you are...like an angel from heaven."

A very noticable blush creeps onto her white cheeks. "Considering both of my parents are angelic, I would hope I in at least some small way look similar to them, but I can promise I did not come from the heavens" she turns and gestures over her shoulder "I simply came from the Emerald Wood"

"The Emerald Wood?" He asked, blinking. he'd noticed alot of girls in his herd always had a blush for whatever reason, so he took it as a normal reaction. "What is this Emerald Wood?"

She turns her bright silver eyes on him. "It is the home of the elves, and where I also live!"
